Firstly I was told that this tow truck company would come and retrieve my car in less than an hour. It took over three hours with them constantly pushing the time later and later each time I called. Thankfully Elvis managed to get my car to the auto body shop in one piece and all was well! Upon getting my car from the auto body shop this morning and driving home i noticed that the tow hitch was still in the front of my car which i tried to pull and get out. I called the company since they mistakenly left it in and spoke to rich, Richard, who would not give me his last name although he obviously knew mine. He told me try to do it myself or come to Manhattan. I told him i couldn't and i wasn't coming out to Manhattan from Brooklyn for something that was their fault. He then had the nerve to ask me if i had a boyfriend or a husband to which i responded no I'm a single woman what in the world. He was beyond unprofessional and unhelpful!!!!! This is not a company that i will be using in the future!

These guys are awesome! I called for an oil change- they said after 1. I got there at 12:30 and…read morethey took me right away. They let me sit in the office to do some work while waiting. They were fast and nice. While there they noticed my tail light was busted. They ordered one right away and told me to come back the next day in the afternoon. I went two days later. I just showed up- they said stay in your car. They did it for me right there while I was waiting. Fast and nice and that's what I want. I can not speak to prices because it's a fleet vehicle so I never see the cost. This is not a fancy place where you go in, wait, have coffee in the lounge etc. It's a dirty- greasy garage- and as long as they stay as fast and courteous as they were- that's plenty good for me.

I came in before making the reservation, because I wanted to be absolutely certain the size I wanted was available as I didn't want my move screwed up. I had to wait for "the boss" to return (from picking up his kids, the boss said later). Dexter arrived almost an hour later... He said, no problem, he had a van available and I made the reservation there AND it was $20 cheaper to reserve in person than online! Got it the next day, it was beautiful with less than 800 miles on it, way nicer than my own ride. I had no issues with Dexter, except for the wait. The service station itself looks to be controlled chaos, though.

A few weeks later when our car was hit while parked in a lot, we brought it right to A & A. They worked with our insurance to get an estimate quickly and began work. They even assisted us with obtaining a rental in the area. They kept us updated on the parts arrival, body and mechanical work. Our vehicle was ready in no time and looks amazing. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they also saw that our inspection was due in a few weeks and took care of that at no charge! Joseph and his team made a stressful situation completely calm. I will encourage anyone that needs work done - big or small - to go to A&A. They are the most pleasant and honest crew. I can't say enough good things about them.

I recently purchased a used Chevy Suburban for this dealership. I can honestly tell you, the…read moreservice that I received was excellent. I researched this car on line for weeks looking for the right deal and finally I was able to find this car at the right price. I loved that there were no hidden fees, I didn't feel pressured or rushed by an aggressive salesperson that was trying to make a sale. The sales manager that assisted me was Vincent, He was extremely professional, patience and listen to and acted on all my concerns immediately. He stayed in constant communication with me throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all.

Bottom line they sold the car out from under me and this ridiculous "Car salesman" approach is wrong and unfair. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone!

I called the late afternoon on Christmas thinking I would leave a message, but Ozzy answered telling me to come in early the next day, He listened to the issue for less than a minute knowing exactly what was the issue. I left the car with them and within 2 hours he called telling me the problem and cost for repair. He tried to find ways to cut the fee and called me each day with an update on when the car would be repaired. They stayed late to finish the job so that the next morning I could drive home 325 miles. He showed me the damaged parts and explained how and why it was crucial the repairs were made. The car is now driving well with no issues and my drive home went fine. It is so nice to be able to trust a mechanic when you are an out of towner. Nothing is cheap in nyc for car repairs, but knowing the work will be done correctly and trusting their opinion on what needs to be done is worth a lot. Thanks again for your help.

That guy told me to wait a few minutes for inspections guy to arrive. Minutes before 8:30 AM, the mechanic (inspector/owner?) opened the garage door, ignored my running car with my hazards on, perpendicular to the street, angled toward the garage, partly on the sidewalk and walked away to sit on a nearby bench down, smoke and use his phone. After a few minutes, I went back into the garage to ask about getting an inspection. I was told "the guy" was here and "to call." When I called the shop that I was already at, I saw the guy on the bench pick up the phone. He told me I came "too early," despite the fact that they claim to open at 8 AM. He also said that I needed to make an appointment for an inspection, but because I was already here, I could wait 10 minutes and have it done instead of having to go somewhere else.. At 8:39 AM, my registration was scanned to start my inspection. Three minutes later, he opened my car door and didn't say a word to me. I silently got out and out of the way. I said my key was in the cup holder. He didn't respond. Another customer parked next to my car, greeted and man-hugged my mechanic and they stood around started chatting and also looking at his car instead of finishing my inspection first. My inspection finished at 8:58 AM! This was the longest inspection of my life, and this includes when I lived in NJ and waited in the long lines at the DMV for them. I'm sure if I was one of his buddies (he was very chatty and smiley with some guys that came in), my service would have been a 5-star experience. I'll never go back to this place.
