I get a call saying there isn't anything wrong with the heater core but the other two things that were "broke" were "fixed". A week later, heat was still not working right so I took it back. Some wiring was wrong and it was "fixed" again. But it wasn't. Wasted $230 "fixing" my heat to find out that it was indeed a heater core. $1000 later, my heat now works. Do not recommend this place for anything other than simple fixes.

First of all I "told them" every way my transmission had misbehaved in the last 90dys, thinking I…read morewas helping them to identify my problem. The owner was friendly as we spoke, and said they had a diagnostic check that cost $150.00 that should show what was wrong ! Having worried over this for many weeks, and because he made this diagnostic check sound "so impressive," I came back the next day to have the test done. The guy who test drove my car with a laptop hooked to my data port was gone maybe 15 mins, parked my car "around back" and it sat without anybody touching it, while he worked on a truck inside the open garage door. When the owner returned from a doctor's app, ( I had asked where he was so I could inquire about nobody doing anything to my car for 30 mins or so ) I went up & spoke with him, saying I was unhappy with the $150 charge as so little had been done ( 15min test drive with a laptop attached ) but he was unsympathetic, saying the laptop program cost $15,000 & the othr Mgr. said their labor rate was $100 an hour. I was unimpressed as the fellow who did the 15min test drive put on his printout the very symptoms I'd told them were occurring before the test was done. Their diagnosis was that "I needed a NEW TRANSMISSION" costing over $6000.00 ??? when my Autozone report I showed them said I had two failing solenoids.
