The car was in good shape but they did find a few suggestions to upgrade the ride and safety, such as old tires were starting to dry rot, and breaks needed maintenance. The staff on the phone and in person was very friendly. They got my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I was able to walk down to Sandie's Restaurant and grab lunch while waiting. I will definitely use them again when in the area and have a need.

Not only was BTC very accommodating with changing the appointment; but they were fantastic for getting my breaks inspected and replaced. The owner (I presume) asked me why I thought the brakes might be bad, and didn't patronize me with my answers, which I find happens a lot in mechanics shops. I was extremely pleased with how kind and professionally they treated me. They also showed me how bad my breaks were and managed get me in and out within an hour!
