I dealt with this company twice and what they don't give y6is something in writing to let you know…read morewhat they are fixing.shanna will milk your insurance for what she can get.the outside repairs look great but everything they took off on the inside is costing me more to fix. They need to find experience people so they don't pull off parts without knowing how to put them back on everything in my vehicle is coming apart where they pull parts off. Also be careful because they will get your vehicle and take parts off of it. And sell parts on the black market from your vehicle and you won't even know it because they exchanged you with an older part. If your vehicle is in your vehicle, it's best to take it somewhere else because they do a poor job with newer vehicles.like I said, the parts they take off their workers don't know how to reinstall them correctly and after you get your vehicle back you won't notice for a few days.my advice take pictures of your vehicles parts because they'll remove parts they need for their selves and put older parts on your vehicle.

Disappointing Service\Management. Experience our situation in real time…read more We took our car in for repairs from a minor accident on 22NOV2024 but have been stuck in processing purgatory by their staff. The car has been fully repaired since end of the year with authorizations from Statefarm for ~$5100. We have since discovered that Xtreme has actually performed approximately $11,900 worth of repairs which is more than the ACV of the vehicle. For context, the other car which hit us sustained less than $1000 worth of damage. Statefarm originally assessed the repairs at $1800 and then up to $5100 after supplements denying all other invoices they sent in. For what is a minor collision, we are in danger of a total loss claim. communication: they have told us the car would be ready for pick up since before xmas. They actually used the same excuse twice saying it is "in for calibration today". Can't be in there twice over a 1 week period. Questionable practices: They executed repairs for twice what Statefarm authorized and submitted requests to them weeks after the car was fixed. What they are claiming they fixed is more than the car is worth. This seems like mismanaged repairs. unnecessary delays: no action after 4 days that we visited, no return calls they promised, no responses to emails. Most of these processes are not monitored by the car owners as we're just happy the work is done and insurance pays but let this be a lesson to all that you should. IF Xtreme continues to file claims for exorbitant repairs, you run the risk of your vehicle being totaled. Our situation reeks of inflated repair costs to maximize insurance reimbursements and most notably, repairs WAY beyond what insurance approved. In the mean time, we'll have to sit on the side lines watching this situation unfold with insurance and apparently, drive up there in person to get any updates. Mind this process if you have a vehicle in repairs now. Drive somewhere else if youre thinking about repairs. I've included screen shots of the email I've sent them which details out the situation and their lack of response. We are the Lexus, car that hit us is the Civic. You be the judge of how that's $12K of damage and even if so, why you would invest that much to fix a car that only has an Actual Cash Value of $12,500. If the owner reads this review, I welcome his call to remedy since Nic doesn't seem bothered to contact us.

In full disclosure I and my entire family has been using Munoz for car repairs for more than around…read morea decade now. We originally tried him when the mechanic shop around the corner came under new management and seriously over charged me for work on a 95 mustang, and then failed to do the job right. Initially I locked horns with Mr. Munoz since I fully believed my car needed a certain item fixed, while he disagreed. I went with his advice and have been waiting for nearly 10 years at this point to prove him wrong, but he has consistently performed flawless diagnostics and repair on the numerous vehicles that I and my 2 sisters, in-laws, and even the coworkers I have recommended, own. On top of that his prices are great as well. For example, he generally comes in at 1/2 to 1/4 of the price of my extremely overpriced BMW mechanic, and the similarly extremely overpriced Buick mechanic for my wife's car. At this point, I only have warranty work done on my BMW at the dealership (though I did ask Mr. Munoz if he would replace a high pressure fuel pump for me, but he kindly let me know that BMW warrantied the part to 100k miles and told me to have them do it.) I cant recommend him highly enough.

Scott was GREAT! He got my car in after Firestone claimed my car was having transmission trouble…read more He was fast and honest. Let's be honest most women get screwed by car shops, but at Eagle Transmission he has great integrity and told me what he thought was wrong given a previous repair done in May by Firestone. Had the car towed back to the original Firestone that did the initial repair and sure enough what Scott said his point of fail was 1000% true. In a vicious world there are still some honest mechanics out there. Thanks again Scott you saved me and my pockets and it's greatly appreciated.

The guy told me that my transmission was "just that bad." I hadn't driven more than 50 miles. Conveniently, I was quoted $3500 for a transmission rebuild;). They run their business hoping people don't check their work or know anything about vehicle maintenance/repair.

Power steering went out shortly after that and I haven't driving the car for two months. Took it to a trusted mechanic shop to diagnose again LAST WEEK and they confirmed it's the transmission that needs to be inspected by a transmission shop. I'll remove this review if the transmission shop confirms it's the ecu as well that needs to be replaced. (Response to owner) There's no issue I was waiting to confirm if the diagnoses given to me was correct to right my review. Forgive me for not remembering it was 125 exactly but , $125 for what auto zone does for free was my issue . I was expecting a real diagnosis by a mechanic to pin point the issue with accuracy and given a game plan not a simple computer diagnostic test that was for a code I already knew it had.

Knapp is truly the only mechanic we trust. They figured out the part didn't need replacing at all, it just needed to be cleaned. They saved us a ton of money. That honesty alone earned our long-term business. We've taken our older car there a few times now, and every single time I brace myself for a big bill but every single time the price ends up being way more reasonable than expected. They're upfront, honest, and always quick with repairs. If you're looking for a trustworthy, fair, and reliable mechanic, I highly recommend Knapp. They've been amazing every time.

He replaced it and said that he will need to rewire my headlights bc everything was wet from the leak. He told me all this could be done in a day, so I dropped my car off at 8am. Around 4 I called to check in and he said they were just now getting around to looking at my headlights..... He kept my car for a few days and finally when I went to get it my right headlight was fixed but my left one was not. I texted Robert that it was still flickering and without even needing to look at it he said he will order a part and let me know when it gets in after Thanksgiving. I believe he said the part was a relay, but not sure bc he doesn't write any itemized receipts for customers. He also charged me an extra $100 for new light bulbs without my consent. I took my car back last week for them to install the part and paid $245 for it. it didn't fix it... it's like they didn't even try bc if they did they would have turned on my headlights and seen it was flickering... honestly my fault for not checking at the shop. A nice man from my apartment building works on European cars and offered to look at it. He figured out the problem in 10min. Ordered me a part and fixed it in my parking garage lol All that to say, I'm very disappointed in this shop.
