I was shopping around with other med spas and this was the first phone consultation that was quick and straightforward. I didn't get the sales pitch, which I appreciated. On the day of my appointment I was ready to pay the full amount for the full body package but my technician advised that I get the woman's package instead bc the laser may not be as effective on my lower arms since the hair was very light. She saved me so much money! As far the the day of treatment I was very pleased. The front office staff were so nice and helpful. My appointment was at 1245 and I got in the room and started by treatment by 1! That's pretty quick in my opinion. My tech was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I felt so comfortable with her. The actual laser job looks so good! I just got slight redness straight after but it went away in a couple of hours. I can't wait to continue my treatments with this med spa!

I also go for my laser hair removal. Stephanie is so professional and knows what she's doing and the correct tools to use on melanated skin. I am so grateful for that, because it was a huge concern of mine and why I hesitated for so many years to get laser hair removal. I recommend buying a package because it takes at-least 5 treatments every 6 weeks to get all of the hair to stop coming back totally. However, the hair under my arms was completely gone after the 2nd treatment! Wow! Now my mustache is another story hehe, I've done 3 treatments and the hair grows back slowly but very light/fine. So I'm assuming that will be gone completely in 5 treatments total. Also I have to add that the place is so cute! I love the decor, it's so pretty and fun.
