But the teacher, John, was awesome as he really went in-depth and explained the physiology, via a tailored response, to form questions. He then took us through a series of poses to make sure we understood his explanations. Throughout the session he monitored and adjusted or advised and also asked permission first. He also suggested and personally brought over, supportive devices such as an extra foam pad or bolster. What I also liked is that he only spoke when he had something to offer, and not endless "ego" chatter. I have been in some classes where the instructor just likes the sound of their voice and my brain goes numb. It is also really a "YOGA" class and not yoga on high speed, steroids in a boot camp setting, where everyone is outdoing the next person in their stamina, strength and flexibility. I am grateful to find a practice that is more introspective and calm as it used to be. YAY! =-D This studio has sufficient mats, pads, blocks, bolsters etc. Very inviting, clean and neat. Good day lighting. Wood flooring. Comfortable room temperature. I hate hot yoga classes! I do not believe in them! This was perfect! Also the staff was very friendly, calm and professional. We just stopped by for one class as we do not live there. Would have taken them up on their intro special though (below); "New Student Membership - 5 classes for $50 for 14 days If you haven't already taken advantage of our New Student Special - 5 classes for $50 valid for 14 days, click here to purchase. The pass is good for all of the ongoing classes - yoga, meditation, Tune Yoga, Spa Yoga, prenatal, kids - all of them!"

I don't live in bellevue anymore and don't want to drive that far for relaxation but it really would be worth it. I have taken their begining yoga class twice now from two diferent teachers and have loved it both times. I felt relaxed durring the classes and quite energized afterwards. Their begining classes are a fabulous introduction to yoga for beginners and are reasonably priced. Their studio rooms are equipped with beautiful hardwood floors, matts, curtained space, calm lighting and suspension walls. That's actually what sold me on this place was the suspension walls. You only do it once or twice in begining yoga but actually suspending from a wall and doing asana's is amazing, it makes your entire body feel new after you are done and yes you feel good. The staff are quite friendly and more tehn willing to work with you, I had a schedule conflict with a class once and they allowed me to drop in on that class later on. I would definitely go back here if i wasn't poor right now and could find a good calming playlist for the car on the way there and back.

I was new here and found this studio to be authentic, and kind and comfortable for new guests without any attitudes but true warmth. Los Angeles was home to the largest name teachers like Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Tej, Guru Singh and others we followed for so many years but then after Covid, much of the industry shifted into closed down studios, no more early pre-sunrise Sadhana daily meditation by candlelight, and even after completion of my License with Yoga West in L.A, I truly feel so out of the loop of our meditation and mantra and yoga community. This is a great studio and I hope to reconnect when the best time soon.

The instructors and attendees are all very nice. It's a comfortable place that doesn't feel intimidating. The workout varies- sometimes more sweaty than others, sometimes more breathwork and chanting, etc...I enjoy the variety! And the class breezes by! I really enjoy the Sunday 5pm class the most. I wish the times were different. A 6pm class would be perfect. 5:30 is hard to make after work, and 7pm leaves a pretty big gap of waiting....thus, I usually only attend on Sundays. I would attend more during the week if times matched my schedule better. For now, I will settle on 1x per week, and I really look forward to that class. I highly recommend this center if you're looking to try Kundalini yoga!

This is located in the first floor of an apartment complex in Bellevue - the lobby is clean and the staff person I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. Each float tank is in a clean, private, lockable room with a shower and towels and ear plugs - everything you need. The float tank experience itself is pretty cool - after showering you get in the tank, which is about ten inches of water with a whole bunch of epsom salt in it. The water and the air are the same temperature as the human body so it's a bit hard to distinguish between you and the environment after a bit. You can close the tank and turn off the light for a complete sensory deprivation experience, or try any combo to your comfort level. Being able to float provides great stretches and opportunities for meditation. I thought it would be hard to figure get through an hour of doing nothing - but it goes fast! The tank plays music to let you know the experience is over (for now). Afterwards I felt like I had a great massage. Go!

I haven't been as often as I'd like as of late (life gets in the way) but I'm going to change that! Curious about floating? Take the plunge, you won't regret it. Easily one of the most relaxing experiences I've had in my life. That's NOT an exaggeration!
