He talks a lot about how mold is everywhere and grid to minimize because I think he's used to all the crazy worries we all have - so understand that's where he's coming from when he almost excessively tried to calm your fears. We had a substantial roof leak with mold in walls - all handled very well and professionally and nowhere nearly as expensive as it could have been. You won't regret calling him. Genuine good person. This was a huge endeavor that RH took care of very quickly, but the whole process took a long time because of insurance issues with the HOA, the HOA's insurance, and our personal insurance. RH went above and beyond to smooth things out and get things taken care of, which was difficult because our HOA was not very responsive. I was very impressed with Restoration Heroes after subsequently working with them on a second project at our home. If they were unable to do certain aspects of a job, such as asbestos testing, they had partnerships with companies that got the job done extremely quickly. Our bathroom was tested for lead and asbestos within one day of scheduling. The job was scheduled within a couple days of results coming back, and was finished in half a day. Restoration Heroes does great work, goes above and beyond to schedule things quickly, and make customers happy.

I made the mistake of trusting mine when she recommended them for my condo inspection... lesson learned. The water heater didn't even work, yet somehow the inspector missed it--so I spent my first three weeks bonding with cold showers. The warranty company wouldn't cover it since the issue existed before I moved in. On top of that, I had to replace both toilets right away. Somehow they missed that too. Of course, when I contacted them, they denied any responsibility and took zero accountability for their mistakes. All in all, I would definitely not recommend them, especially if they're being suggested by your real estate agent.

I was put in a very difficult position due to the air conditioning company that I hired to repair…read morethe ductwork on my property. After they started the job it was discovered that they were unqualified to remove the ductwork and insulation properly. I wasn't aware that houses built in the 1960's used asbestos and throughout the house. The asbestos needed to be properly removed before any repair work could be performed. However the company gave me the impression that they were skilled and licensed to perform the removal. It was never mentioned to me that specific steps needed to be taken when dealing with asbestos. While removing the damaged ductwork they disturbed the asbestos thus making the house uninhabitable. Tony's company was brought in to perform the test for the asbestos. Asbestos was detected. Tony was very professional and helpful to explain the situation and provided information of what the next step entailed to resolve this matter. The testing report and procedure 5 plan was prepared by Titan. The report and work plan needed to be submitted to the SCAQMD for approval. His knowledge regarding this matter was absolutely first rate. He helped guide me through this difficult process. I would highly recommend employing Tony's expertise if you are ever get involved with this situation. You will be in good hands.

They did not have a diagram in their report showing where their samples were taken , and their report was riddled with errors. Phone calls and emails did not produce results. The bad reviews were correct about this company. My public adjuster insisted on using them. They dragged their feet from the very beginning by a couple of weeks, and again for the report, and now the report is flawed. And no response from the company.
