He told us the repair WAS covered under their plan, however, they were short on employees and wouldn't have anyone available to do the work for over a month, so we would have to pay 20k+ to have them come out and do the work on over-time instead. Made no sense.... Our elevator was down for 3 weeks while we explored our options. Luckily they did not realize my contract had expired and I was month to month, so I gave them notice and had another company complete the repair for less than 2k. In addition, we learned that we needed to be VERY clear if its not an actual emergency before calling, or its a $1500+ service call to have them set foot in the building. I know elevator repairs are expensive, but this company was really disappointing to work with. Lack of communication between the execs, workers, billing, etc was beyond frustrating. Can not recommend.
