They communicate quick and well sending pictures and video of the service provided. In one instance I left junk to be hauled in the driveway but could not be home during pick up and I got a text on their arrival and a video of the whole area clean and swept after. Then I also needed to get rid of couches and dinning set because I got a new one and they were able to pick up the next day... I send pictures got an estimate and done.
