Thank you! Communication was easy, though sometimes took a couple hours to respond. Move day went fairly smoothly, and we were happy with the care taken to blanket and wrap items. The only disheartening thing was they really hesitated about moving our TV stand because it has glass shelves and is fragile. They didn't say "no" but just kept saying it's fragile and what do we want to do about it, and we were so stressed from the move we just said to not worry about it and we'd figure it out... So we ended up having to donate our TV stand because we had no way to move it. We'd still use them again and recommend them. Maybe just with fragile items have a game plan beforehand.
