They proceeded to tell me that the part was extremely hard to find and that it would have to wait till Monday (2 days after the inspection). They stated that it was such a hard part to find that they had to order it directly from the manufacturer. The cost was going to be 500$ plus the installation charge......over 600$. Meanwhile, my girlfriend recommended that I call Les. He came within 24hrs and was able to find this magical part at a company right in North Augusta. We picked up the parts he needed, and within 2 hours my ac was working all for 300$ (parts and labor). He was fair, professional and reasonable. He was informative and taught me how to better maintain my system! I highly recommend his services!!!

The lady that answers the phone was very polite. She sent me directions to my email on how to apply for special financing they offer (I'm the type that needs visual step by step directions). Once I was approved she was able to get their sales representative out right away for a quote. That was on a Friday, they were out by Wednesday to replace my old unit. Being a business owner, I made a call to my friend that works for Carrier in Syracuse, New York. He told me they had a bad update to give it a week or two and it will be fixed. Sure enough the update came through and it fixed the problem. Not sure how a Carrier dealer would not know that and try to charge me for this. I recommend steering clear if you need a professional to repair your system.

They are extremely thorough - insuring the duct work is adequate for the home, units are installed correctly and take the time to make sure the homeowner is informed as the project goes along. They would do anything so they wont have to pay for any major repairs or replace them. Both of my neighbors use Riverside Heating and Air Conditioning so I decided to call them. Matt came out to my home and identified the problem. I needed a new coil but they no longer had the part for my AC unit. I purchased a new HVAC system and had it installed 72 hours later by Joe, John and Gavin. They were all professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough with their work. I will be signing up for their maintenance service plan in six months. Canceled my home warranty and decided not to pay anymore premiums and just put it in my savings account for future home repairs and replacement costs.

Allweather After a company that had been servicing our heat…read morepump for years told us that we had a crack in our heat exchanger and shut off our heat saying they "had to by law" and giving us an estimate to replace our, admittedly, old system that started at roughly 10k for the "budget" option to 15k for the "best" option my son called All Weather to come check out the system. My son works for Georgia Power and All Weather is a company they recommend, so he felt like they would be a great second opinion. They sent a technician right away! Zac was here within the half hour and got right to work. Pretty soon he came back to tell us he didn't see any crack at all and everything was working fine. He even took our carbon monoxide filter out to the unit to see if it was leaking carbon monoxide. Nothing. He said that it would be fine to turn our heat back on. That was welcome news since our house was 58 degrees at that point. I didn't mind that much but my 82 year old mom was struggling. Zac couldn't have been nicer and more personable. We ask him to send a bill and he said there was no charge. I won't even get into the ethics that some companies seem to be devoid of when dealing with senior citizens (had a similar experience with a roofing company) but it is nice to know honest companies still exist. So now we don't have to spend ten grand two weeks before Christmas and we have a new company to service, and eventually replace, our heating and air unit. I can highly recommend All Weather, and Zac!

So we had a bomb cyclone. That's what the news called it. Temps dropped down into the teens and it…read morewas freezing. Of course that's when my heat goes out. We called several well known Heating and Air companies in the area to come out and do the work. None of them would come. Two days they said or you can pay overtime. I got to looking at the online reviews and saw that A/C ServiceMaster LLC has just as many online reviews as the other companies but that the reviews for A/C ServiceMaster was better than all the other companies. I called and he came out within an hour. He checked my heat, called a dealer for the part, convinced them to leave the part out for him since they were closing so we could have heat that night. He came back and put the part on and fixed our heat. The other companies would have charged us overtime because it was after 5pm when the job was finished but not A/C ServiceMaster LLC. He did right by us and we've had a heated home throughout the coldest week in recent history. Thanks A/C ServiceMaster LLC.
