We had the scallops and løyrom as starters and those tasted great. But the rest of the meal was sort of a letdown. The meat was oven roasted and therefore lacks the caramelisation, which is crucial for a steak in my opinion.
There was plenty of taste in the meal but it was out of place. Too much salt in the potatoes and to much red wine vinegar in the mushroom side. The potatoes was also undercooked. The food weren't entirely warm either.
If a friend had served me this in his best effort I would let it all slide but as this is a restaurant I expect more.
Staff was fine and friendly nothing negative about them at all.
Would not visit this place again however. read more
