It looked fine but I was waiting for another company to come out before I decided. I replied that I would get back to them the following week. Tuesday the 18th, I emailed saying I wanted them to do the work, but I had a couple of questions. No response to this email. Wednesday the 19th I called the phone number on their website and here -- the phone number that apparently worked just fine when I was trying to get the estimate. No response. Thursday the 20th I called again. No response. I am so baffled by these companies that do not communicate with customers that want to hire them. UPDATE: He did not call me back after "checking his schedule." And why no response to my first phone call the previous day? He also seems to indicate that he received my first email, but not my second. I can post a screen shot of it, Jason, so frankly, I don't believe you. The fact is, you decided my job was too small to bother with, so you thought you would just ghost me. But then posted a response to my first review here within two hours of its appearance! I believe future potential customers should be warned about the lack of courtesy and professionalism. Obviously I have moved on and am looking forward to reviewing your competitor.

Within a couple days of getting the quote I had him and his team scheduled to fix our driveway gate. The gate was built a few years ago and unfortunately the people we initially hired did not finish the job and took the gate opener that we had purchased with them. Alberto's team fixed our fence, raised the gate up several inches, added cable to prevent sagging, and added an automatic gate opener. They also repainted all the iron. Will definitely use them for any future fence projects. They were punctual, polite, hard working and cleaned up at the end of the day. Very happy with the result!

He handled all the permitting at no extra cost which was fantastic because all the paperwork that Mansfield wants was making my eyes cross. He brought out a four man crew and they did the job in two days even though it was raining on the second day. They did a spectacular job and I'm so pleased with the new fence. He immediately knew who manufactured the door from a picture of a sticker on its side, ascertained it was in stock in Dallas, drove there, picked it up, and installed it. Perfectly., I might add. Then he lubed up the door, cleaned up after himself, and tested it thoroughly before he left. I had other companies quote the job but they outright lied to me -- couldn't replace the panel, had to replace the whole door, etc. Joel explained to me that none of their crew gets commissions, and it's likely that the other companies paid their people to upsell. I HIGHLY recommend this company! Very reasonably priced, too.

These openers cost a pretty penny to install so whatever it takes to keep them where they need to be is good for us. Had to pick up some cut metal pieces that were left in the driveway & some paper that apparently blew out of some boxes, but the door opener works like a charm & sure is saving me from having to pull on that chain!
