They did a great job and I would recomend them for your small job also! Delgado seemed to want to do the job correctly and occasionally went out of his way to appease me.

We did have a small problem with William speaking to our builder in a very unprofessional manner and cussing him out. He finished the project and we moved forward. We ended up have problems with the original driveway so we wanted to have the driveways match and we did like the quality of Williams work so we hired him to do the job again in Sept 2020. This time it was a complete disaster. He had quoted us a price then after applying for the permits he did not submit the correct paperwork so that delayed the project a few weeks. By that time he had talked up the idea to do the complete removal of the remaining three pads which made sense so it would all match. We then settled on a new price. Before the permit came back he then tried to raise the price again. We should have walked away at that point but didn't because we trusted him due to his previous work. Well by the time he came to start the project his crew decided not to work with him because they said he bid too low. He was not in a good mood and decided to do the driveway removal himself. This was the beginning of the end. In less than 48hrs William dropped a chunk of driveway through our garage door which now has to be replaced. He didn't want to pay for it because he said he wasn't making any profit on the job because he bid too low. He then proceeded to tell my husband maybe he could talk to his friend and maybe after a few beers his friend would give him a deal on some pieces to try and piecemeal it together, that was not acceptable. He also ran over our driveway lights rather than remove them, he tore up our foundation on our home by dropping huge chunks of concrete trying to break it up, he ripped off an up light that was on the house, he broke the sidewalk which he did later fix poorly but his carelessness has now broke off a piece of the newly poured concrete. He ripped off the bottom half of our downspout to our gutter, and tore up our neighbors yard while removing the driveway. He left the job site it was left a mess with trash, no safety tape marking it off and our property looked a mess. He was very unprofessional when we confront him about all the damage and had a careless attitude. He broke the window of the bobcat he was using because a piece of the rebar from the concrete flew back and hit the window. Safety was not a priority for him. We had several conversations with Williams at this point and felt trapped to have him finish the job. No one would come help him aside from the guy who hauled away the debris. When we finally got to the day of the concrete being poured we had had many conversations with him about his attitude and how he had started a text message assault over the weekend with us. We just wanted him to complete the job so we could all be done. That morning he had some guys come help with the pour. I was on the site during the pour. As he was finishing up I left. All they had to do was clean it up around the edges and overflow and put the expansion joint lines in it to match the existing driveway he was matching. Imagine my surprise when I got home later to a sloppy site with trash and lots of splash over concrete everywhere AND THE EXPANSION JOINTS were NOT lined up with the existing one. His workers decided they would line them up with the house!!! So now all that extra money we spent to make it match was wasted because it looks worse now than before we started!! His response was "well nothing O can do about it now, the guys did that, no big deal!!!" Their "insurance does not cover workmanship only damage. we have to see if they will even cover that. We ended up asking him to leave because he is making the house worse. The owner of the company has yet to reach out to us to fix this problem. It all needs to be Replaced we have pictures/videos. Update, we spoke with Mr Delgato and William as he came to check the job site and the problem we had with the final project. We were assured the job would be redone by Thanksgiving 2020. William could not meet that deadline so we gracefully extended it to 1 Feb 21. After contacting them again I got no response so I messaged them again today. William informed us he no longer felt he needed to fix the job and that it was just a cosmetic problem. He said he is losing money because he underbid the job, not our problem he could have declined the job instead of leaving the destruction and poor workmanship he did. He said we can just take them to court. This is not how any company should respond, we believed the owner whose name and insurance was used to pull the permit that it would be fixed and he has been silent since our meeting. In a country where business are fighting to stay open during a pandemic and customer service drives your business this was my last resort and I think we have been patient enough.

Brandon and his crew poured concrete at my property twice. Once back in March and the second time…read moreat the end of June. He did so for as a sub for Glenn Walker. Brandon designed my garage floor so that it was not level. My existing driveway was not level so they went with the existing slope of the driveway which was a terrible idea. Brandon designed my garage floor such that water could flow into my garage but then flow out. And then there's a tiny little grate in front of my garage door. The problem...I have a four inch opening on one side of my garage where my garage door doesn't fully close and that tiny grate continually clogs. To be fair Brandon wanted to put a bigger grate in but Glenn said no. Here's the thing. My neighbor across the street had a job for Brandon but Brandon flat out told him he couldn't warranty the work. Brandon knew this person so he was up front and honest with him. I'm new to the area. I feel Brandon and Glenn weren't up front or honest and weren't concerned about doing the job correctly. When Brandon came back at the end of June to pour sidewalk his crew was messy. To this day forms are still in the ground. Concrete is cracking in areas that aren't even stressed points. He poured in an area that was supposed to have metal grates lay over top yet no lip. Additionally, he cracked my existing driveway with the use of his heavy machinery. I asked Brandon to come back out but he refuses. He said he was waiting to get with Mr Walker. Mr Walker walked off the job when I refused to give him final payment because he wasn't even finished with the job. During construction my husband was down in San Antonio going through radiation so I was here dealing with much of the construction. I felt I was taken advantage of. I was talked down to. Not by Brandon but I don't feel Brandon did a good job of letting Mr Walker know how things should have been done. I've spoken to a Licensed Approved TREC Inspector, a forensic inspector with over 20 years of construction experience, another construction expert with over 20 years experience, and a concrete expert with over 20 years experience plus another individual with construction experience and they all said the same thing. You never ever design a garage floor to allow water to penetrate ever never ever!!!
