I paid for pre-treat rust inhibitor and Sherwin Williams DTM paint. Not cheap. In under 6 months it flaked off to expose rust. Since workmanship was guaranteed for a year and these things happened in under 8 months I requested repair. Since the initial request for repair it's been 13 months of promises and excuses or completely being ignored. I'm still looking at a rusty fence. My suggestion is (if you must use this fence company) hold final payment until all work is completed and paint or stain your own fence. $13,493 and I'm left with an unsightly rusted pipe fence among other things.

He helped me understand some challenges I could face and together we came up with a plan that he quoted. It was a fair price for the work. His communication was great. He provided references when asked and I called and spoke to several past customers and I drove to see past jobs. All was good. He showed up when he said he would. He brought the correct equipment for the job and showed up with several workers who worked well together. They had a process they followed which allowed them to work efficiently. They cleaned up the site and I am very pleased with the job they did. The quote provided was on target. The fence is straight and I have received many compliments. Bryon called after the fence install to follow up that the gate motor was installed without issue and I appreciate this customer service. Highly recommended.

Brandon designed my garage floor so that it was not level. My existing driveway was not level so they went with the existing slope of the driveway which was a terrible idea. Brandon designed my garage floor such that water could flow into my garage but then flow out. And then there's a tiny little grate in front of my garage door. The problem...I have a four inch opening on one side of my garage where my garage door doesn't fully close and that tiny grate continually clogs. To be fair Brandon wanted to put a bigger grate in but Glenn said no. Here's the thing. My neighbor across the street had a job for Brandon but Brandon flat out told him he couldn't warranty the work. Brandon knew this person so he was up front and honest with him. I'm new to the area. I feel Brandon and Glenn weren't up front or honest and weren't concerned about doing the job correctly. When Brandon came back at the end of June to pour sidewalk his crew was messy. To this day forms are still in the ground. Concrete is cracking in areas that aren't even stressed points. He poured in an area that was supposed to have metal grates lay over top yet no lip. Additionally, he cracked my existing driveway with the use of his heavy machinery. I asked Brandon to come back out but he refuses. He said he was waiting to get with Mr Walker. Mr Walker walked off the job when I refused to give him final payment because he wasn't even finished with the job. During construction my husband was down in San Antonio going through radiation so I was here dealing with much of the construction. I felt I was taken advantage of. I was talked down to. Not by Brandon but I don't feel Brandon did a good job of letting Mr Walker know how things should have been done. I've spoken to a Licensed Approved TREC Inspector, a forensic inspector with over 20 years of construction experience, another construction expert with over 20 years experience, and a concrete expert with over 20 years experience plus another individual with construction experience and they all said the same thing. You never ever design a garage floor to allow water to penetrate ever never ever!!!

They resurfaced and retiled our pool, repaired all coping, installed drains, levelled our deck and patio and resurfaced all of the decking. They were incredibly polite, knowledgeable and timely. The company I was working with is called JD pools who I guess maybe sent these guys out to do a week detection without my permission.I didn't receive a report that states.I have a spa when I do not.You can see in the images from this set report where it says, I have a spa spillover, but do not even have a spa.I had two more pool companies come out for second opinions and said that this report was absolutely false.Then, I was sprung a $550 dollar bill on a service.I never even approved. These two pool companies can hash out their finances and leave me out of it.

We had to make them come back to finish our fence and they SPRAY PAINTED the pipe ends. It was so bad we had to go back and repaint them. We withheld $150 from the final payment because he left a pipe sticking out that we asked them to cut. We paid for a solar gate to be installed. The day they "finished" the gate, I had to climb up over the solar powered gate because they closed it and left the openers on the front porch. Darren gave no guidance or explanation as to how the gate worked. 3 weeks later I was leaving for work and the gate wouldn't work, which made me late to work. My husband called and texted him but he never answered or returned his calls. I called him from work. He told me he was not going to come look at the gate because we had withheld $150 (due to him not cutting the pipe and us having to hire someone else to come out and do it). I told him he needed to back his work and product and come look at it and he hung up on me. I texted him and he refuses to come look at the gate. It's disappointing when contractors care so little about the quality of job they do and they can't guarantee their work.
