I added a picture of how he spoke to me after the roofer he sent out left our home. Bad business no customer service whatsoever. Adding to this review as we were sent a Cease and Desist letter telling me to change my review. My entire interaction with Daniel from Absolute was captured via text message. I've attached pictures. I will not be bullied by someone who is in the wrong, the owner of absolute and their lawyers can simply read the text messages on the phone Daniel uses and they can see the entire interaction. Not once did we speak on the phone so nothing will be missed. I also added a picture of the cease and Desist demanding us to include additional details to this review details that has always been in my review, again if the lawyer or the owner of absolute read the review it has always shown that yes someone did come out. Daniel also refused to provide me a report pictures attached prove this. Our HOA contacted Absolutely roofing on our behalf and Daniel/Absolute got my contact information from my HOA let it be known I never contacted Absolutely roofing construction first. Daniel messaged me asking me to send pictures of the leak which I did. Someone was sent out later that day around 3pm, the person sent over could not communicate with us for some odd reason he did not say a word other than "check roof" after we opened our door. I mentioned this to Daniel so my story has always been the same, the text messages pictured proves this. After showing the absolute employee to our attic he left our home and we did not hear anything else further. I texted Daniel to ask for any information as the employee did not communicate anything to us. With me asking I was immediately met with condescending and rude comments by Daniel you can also see how he responded to my simple question in the texts below. I stand by my statement Daniel is a terrible representative for this company and this is a very fair and FACTUAL review as the text messages prove this.

I interviewed about 5 or at least tried to. Some never call back and some were just beyond expensive! A friend recommended Striker. A man came over and went over everything and my husband made the decision to go with them. Now, let me first say that my husband is NEVER pleased with contractors...EVER! He is like MacGuyver and can do and fix pretty much everything with precision but not a roof and not in August! He ends up yelling at contractors because of the shoddy workmanship and no attention to detail. We also had interior water damage and structural damage because a tree went through the roof. Hail damage on fence and gutter damage as well. So the project begins and I am waiting for my husband to start finding fault as usual. Still waiting....no problems. What? As a matter of fact they ended up doing more than insurance company paid for at no extra expense to us. Who does that these days?!?!? They did have to come back about 3 times to get the ceiling texture just right in a bedroom with the water damage but it is perfect. All in all, I can say is that Striker did an amazing job and I absolutely would recommend them...and my MacGuyver does too! Hopefully no more crazy storms for awhile.

The job took several hours and apparently required more help as other techs were brought in to help complete the task. As a side note, we appreciated this being done as we have had projects done before where more help was needed and there was a delay in the job completion while everyone sat around and waited for the help to arrive. The group from "All in 1" did not delay bringing in other folks to help. When the job was completed they cleaned up the entire area and stacked to old material neatly outside for bulk pickup. Costwise: "All in 1" was within the range of other companies but is on the high side for the DFW market, but we felt we got our dollar's worth for the task and would use them again.

The project scope includes removing old expansion crack material, recaulking, and sealing the decorative stamped concrete area. The Contract was $15,000, and our representative was Leonard. By December, the sealer was showing extreme clouding to the finish. We reported the problem to Leonard, who visited. Leonard was uncertain about what happened but opted to involve the sealer provider, Sherwin-Williams. Chemical solvents were unsuccessful in removing the damaged finish. Next, a pressure washer was used to no benefit. As time progressed, Leonard claimed we needed to wait for cooler weather. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, the Company abandoned the job, leaving us with a terrible eyesore. We are preparing to file suit for the original cost plus damages in Collin County Court. I would highly recommend not using this company for any significant investment jobs. We have been left with a mess and the Company no longer responds.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase this big…read more Not only did they completely miss the mark with matching the other side of my yards fence then they completely screwed up written and confirmed directions. I had an extension on one side of my fence and those posts were facing the inside of my yard they added the posts to the outside of the fence extension. This, of course, was not what I wanted, because who would? Not not only would it not match my backyard, but it would piss my neighbors off because if they wanted to add a gate or wall to their side as well it wouldn't match for them either. And instead of owning up to their mistake, they tried to convince my mother that it would be fine that way. When I confronted them with this and asked them to change it. They told me that the concrete was already set and the post could not be removed. Funny they just ripped out posts that were set in concrete down into my yard on the other side, but they can't do it on the side. They screwed up on..not me. The gentleman eventually called my mother back, not me to tell her that he saw the error and would get it fixed but instead of fixing it correctly, they dug up the Posts and reset them about 6 inches more inward. Total lack of professionalism and integrity I am disgusted with these people.

First of all, we had to watch and direct the workers since there was never a project manager on site. (Thank goodness I work from home or so many more problems would have occurred) The working crew didn't know about the third gate, a retention wall along our driveway, and other aspects of our agreement that never made it to the actual crew from better built. We paid for an 8 foot fence, replacing a six and a half foot fence. The crew built a fence that is shorter than what we had. We brought this to the attention of the company while still in the building process and better built employee, Trey, actually gaslit my mom and lied to her. There were many moments where their professionalism was put into question, but this one took the cake. The massive muddy mess made by the fence builders, was left uncleaned in the yard for three days! Me and my father had to clean it up because we have pets. They also chopped our electric lines and made all our lights on the back deck not work. The most disappointing part is that the fence was unbelievably expensive and we still didn't get what we wanted.
