I have used this company several times for various jobs around my house: installing a new water heater, replacing a stove and a built-in oven, installing a new dishwasher, putting up a new fence, etc. Every time, David showed up promptly, provided an accurate estimate, and performed the job to my total satisfaction. David takes particular pride in completing the job to perfection, and will not be satisfied until I am 100% satisfied. YHE actually should stand for Your Home Exploiter…read more I have only one regret in this life, and that is letting this company into my home. From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. Find another company.

My garage door cable had come off the drum and one wheel had come out of the track. I was presented with two choices: a $275 "temporary fix" or a $475 "permanent fix." I asked exactly what the temporary fix included and was told it simply meant putting the wheel back in the track and rewinding the existing cable onto the drum. No replacement parts were installed. Although I understand that companies charge for experience and expertise, $275 felt excessive for what I was told was simply reassembling the existing parts. What concerns me even more is the invoice I received afterward. It states that I declined new rollers, end bearing plates, center bearing, vertical tracks, and even a new garage door opener. That was not how the conversation was presented to me. I was offered only two choices--a temporary repair for $275 or a permanent repair for $475. I was never given individual estimates for each of those items or asked to make separate decisions about replacing them. When I contacted the company afterward to express my concerns, they responded by explaining their pricing policy but did not address my concerns about the invoice or whether the work performed justified the charge. The technician was professional and prompt, and I appreciate that. My dissatisfaction is with the pricing, the way the repair options were presented, and the documentation that appeared on my receipt afterward. If you're considering this company, I recommend asking for a detailed written estimate before authorizing any work and making sure you understand exactly what is being repaired, what is being replaced, and what will appear on your final invoice.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with this company, particularly with the owner Omri. With time we also learned that we are not the only family that went through that with him. Omri is an amateur, unprofessional, and a greedy person that tries to cash out as fast as possible without taking responsibilities for his wrongdoing and damages. Just to list a few things that were done: He destroyed one of our appliances that we were very clear on our intention to keep, he painted our master bedroom that was renovated few months prior to construction and was instructed not to touch it, he removed one of the interior doors and placed it outside for days which caused it to rotten, he took 2 large pieces of our granite countertops without our permission and after we asked to keep them, he destroyed the new flooring by trying to clean them with a material that clearly states on the label that it is not recommended for this kind of flooring. On that last example on the flooring, he later confessed that it was his first time doing that type of flooring. That was very frustrating. He didn't finish the work that he was already payed for and just left the site. The best way to show his work is to see it. Images of his amateur work are attached. Update: I just read your response. Unsurprisingly, the way you handle this review as exactly the same way as you handle the low standard of your work, the damages and missing items throughout your project. I added images of the transactions showing some of the money I paid you. Readers with common sense and basic decency will judge by themselves if I was a customer or not.

Sometimes James was difficult to get on the phone but he always, without fail, communicated via email, text or callback within 2-12 hours, sometimes quicker.
