I was introduced to JP and Salim (owners), and was blown away by their knowledge and friendly approach of the human body and fitness. They introduced me to Isophit training coupled with M.A.T. to prepare me for a speedier recovery from my surgery (Isophit), while relieving my constant pain (M.A.T.). I have been almost pain free while strengthening with a full body Isophit workout. I am always greeted warmly by all staff members and I have felt very welcomed since day 1. I found Results looking for ANYTHING to help with my very damaged back that has caused me pain and I have not slept comfortably for a solid 8 years. 1st and foremost Salim, (results trainer) took the time to thoroughly get detailed info about my injury. With the knowledge of what's going on with my body he told me what to expect week by week and he has been spot on. I decided to take the ISOPHIT classes 3 days a week (nutrition plan included) and after a few weeks I was able to mix in some REDZONE classes. It's been 8 years since I have really done any exercise and a bit over a month later, I sleep better then ever and have no more back pain. Results is AMAZING in every way. I don't usually review places unless they are exceptional and Results is!!! My very favorite part of Results is the size. Its personal and I never feel like a number in an overly crowded class where personal attention is void. I can't say enough.....

When I go to other Pilates classes in other towns, or when I travel, nothing compares to the professionalism, variety, and skill level of Sharon's classes as well as Rebecca's classes! I started out attending private classes with Sharon mid-pandemic and eventually progressed to group classes. Now my weekly favorites are tower class with Sharon and barre class with Andrea. You really get the feeling that teaching is their calling and they love what they do. They have a way of making "hard work" fun and really can read - and if necessary - adjust your posture or poses to maximize the impact on a muscle group. It's almost like Sharon has a sixth sense for those things! Any time I go to a class it boosts my energy and spirits -- and any time I miss a class, I feel like there's been a loss to my general well being. I can feel my body changing and strengthening for the better each week and I'm truly glad that I made the choice to join the Pilates-Barre studio!
