I was introduced to JP and Salim (owners), and was blown away by their knowledge and friendly approach of the human body and fitness. They introduced me to Isophit training coupled with M.A.T. to prepare me for a speedier recovery from my surgery (Isophit), while relieving my constant pain (M.A.T.). I have been almost pain free while strengthening with a full body Isophit workout. I am always greeted warmly by all staff members and I have felt very welcomed since day 1. I found Results looking for ANYTHING to help with my very damaged back that has caused me pain and I have not slept comfortably for a solid 8 years. 1st and foremost Salim, (results trainer) took the time to thoroughly get detailed info about my injury. With the knowledge of what's going on with my body he told me what to expect week by week and he has been spot on. I decided to take the ISOPHIT classes 3 days a week (nutrition plan included) and after a few weeks I was able to mix in some REDZONE classes. It's been 8 years since I have really done any exercise and a bit over a month later, I sleep better then ever and have no more back pain. Results is AMAZING in every way. I don't usually review places unless they are exceptional and Results is!!! My very favorite part of Results is the size. Its personal and I never feel like a number in an overly crowded class where personal attention is void. I can't say enough.....

Those responses are untruthful.

He strikes a good balance between pushing you a level above where you'd go without injuring/killing you.. He works the room well and gives custom coaching to each person and is really good at balancing attention across multiple people in a group class in an effective and motivating way. He's knowledgeable about all the basics of diet and exercise and has a real passion to teach and share his knowledge. I myself have gotten a good deal stronger and more fit since doing 2 classes a week with Ian and a lot of the exercises he teaches I now build into my individualize workouts and that's been really good value too. Overall, great guy, great coach, great teacher. Highly recommended.

I started out attending private classes with Sharon mid-pandemic and eventually progressed to group classes. Now my weekly favorites are tower class with Sharon and barre class with Andrea. You really get the feeling that teaching is their calling and they love what they do. They have a way of making "hard work" fun and really can read - and if necessary - adjust your posture or poses to maximize the impact on a muscle group. It's almost like Sharon has a sixth sense for those things! Any time I go to a class it boosts my energy and spirits -- and any time I miss a class, I feel like there's been a loss to my general well being. I haven't been much of a "gym person" for many years preferring to run or workout at home. But I decided to give OTF a try. Best decision EVER. I love it. I quickly upped my membership from 8 classes per month to unlimited premier membership. The studio is super clean, the coaches are fantastic, and the workouts are varied every single day. You don't get bored! You either start on a treadmill or the floor (and rower) and you just do what you are told. The time flies by. I leave every class having burned between 400-500 calories in the hour and did a combination of strength and cardio exercises. In the two months I've been going (5-6 times a week, I am hooked!) I've seen serious improvement in my heart rate recovery. And in my muscle definition too. Don't be intimidated if you aren't very fit. You can work at your own speed and do most of the exercises with modifications. The coaches will help you. I've been to other studios and they are all nice but Ridgefield is the most spacious I've seen with all of the up to date technology. But they are all good and the workout is the same no matter where you go. Isn't that cool? In short: LOVE IT
