I was looking for an alternative workout routine based on the fact I'm getting my hip replaced. I was introduced to JP and Salim (owners), and was blown away by their knowledge and friendly approach of the human body and fitness. They introduced me to Isophit training coupled with M.A.T. to prepare me for a speedier recovery from my surgery (Isophit), while relieving my constant pain (M.A.T.). I have been almost pain free while strengthening with a full body Isophit workout. I can't wait to come back post surgery and continue with M.A.T. and Isophit while finally getting back to high impact Red Zone training! Thank you, Salim and JP, you changed my life! Joe M.

I have to start by saying the feeling of family is an understatement. I've been going to Results…read moreFitness Ridgefield for a bit over a month and WOW... I am always greeted warmly by all staff members and I have felt very welcomed since day 1. I found Results looking for ANYTHING to help with my very damaged back that has caused me pain and I have not slept comfortably for a solid 8 years. 1st and foremost Salim, (results trainer) took the time to thoroughly get detailed info about my injury. With the knowledge of what's going on with my body he told me what to expect week by week and he has been spot on. I decided to take the ISOPHIT classes 3 days a week (nutrition plan included) and after a few weeks I was able to mix in some REDZONE classes. It's been 8 years since I have really done any exercise and a bit over a month later, I sleep better then ever and have no more back pain. Results is AMAZING in every way. I don't usually review places unless they are exceptional and Results is!!! My very favorite part of Results is the size. Its personal and I never feel like a number in an overly crowded class where personal attention is void. I can't say enough.....

If you want to get some moderate weight training then they got in. If you want to do a little bit of cross training then they got it. But if you want to get some REAL weight training in, then avoid this place. I came to Club 24 from the Edge in Danbury as 24 is a lot closer from Ridgefield than the edge. I walked in and all I see is treadmills (bad news for a weightlifter) I find the "weight room" and walk over to the dumbbells and the heaviest one they have is 75lb! I don't understand how such a large gym franchise can't put in one more weight rack with heavier weights! They only have 2 squat racks and one smith machine, their equipment is obviously used and recycled from another gym (although it's not that big of an issue as you pay less than $20 a month) but I just don't get how they have about 60 cardio machines, massaging chairs, a treadmill movie theater but still Only have the heaviest dumbbell at 75lb

The worst part of this gym was the large number of under 18 yo kids! everyone has a phone taking videos and pics of them doing dumb things or, sitting on machines or benches while watching movies on their phone. This is more of a baby sitting operation that well run fitness gym.

Prior to walking in the door at PTP, I wondered if perhaps it was too late in life for me to develop the kind of strength and appearance I really wanted. Now that I can see the results -- and enjoy the progress that I'm making every week -- I know that I'm not only increasing my strength and energy, but I'm literally adding years to my life. I also enjoy the many compliments I've been receiving, because people can really SEE the results! Thanks, Chris & company!

He strikes a good balance between pushing you a level above where you'd go without injuring/killing you.. He works the room well and gives custom coaching to each person and is really good at balancing attention across multiple people in a group class in an effective and motivating way. He's knowledgeable about all the basics of diet and exercise and has a real passion to teach and share his knowledge. I myself have gotten a good deal stronger and more fit since doing 2 classes a week with Ian and a lot of the exercises he teaches I now build into my individualize workouts and that's been really good value too. Overall, great guy, great coach, great teacher. Highly recommended.

I attribute a large part of this to the quality and care that Ian (the owner and main instructor) puts into his clients and part of this to Ian's talent at creating a supportive and fun community within his classes, while still holding an incredibly high bar for his clients. Avoid OrangeTheory Ridgefield…read more I have been a member of OrangeTheory studios in multiple cities and have never experienced anything like this. I arrived approximately one minute late to a class for which I was registered and was refused entry. While I stood there, another woman arrived after me, greeted the owner with a hug, and was immediately invited into the exact same class. I watched her sit down and put on her running shoes while I remained at the front desk asking why she was allowed in and I wasn't. Rules are rules. Rules that apply differently depending on who you are friends with are not. What makes this particularly disappointing is that I had previously sat down with the owner and explained that I am postpartum with a young baby. Fitness is incredibly important to my physical and mental well-being, and coordinating childcare, naps, feeding schedules, and the general unpredictability of life with an infant is not always easy. I explained that despite my best efforts, there may occasionally be a time when I arrive a minute or two late. The response then was a complete lack of empathy. The response on this day was even worse. Being denied entry while watching someone else receive an exception in real time was humiliating. It communicated very clearly that some members are extended grace while others are not. It made me feel as though my time was less valuable, my circumstances less deserving of understanding, and my membership less important. OrangeTheory is not an inexpensive workout. Members are paying for coaching, community, professionalism, and consistency. Instead, I felt embarrassed, singled out, and frankly punished. The Danbury locations have always been welcoming, professional, and kind. The studios I attended in Los Angeles were the same. In all my years with OrangeTheory, I have never witnessed such blatant favoritism. A fitness studio should leave you feeling stronger than when you walked in. This one managed to do the opposite.
