The classes are taught by expert instructors who love what they do and are great motivators. It was my first time taking a Barre, Pilates, Yoga and Zumba class. It was easy to follow the instructors. I learned as you continue taking the classes you develop a stronger core and are able to work out more effectively. Lifetime gym is immaculate with a variety of amenities including a Sauna, Eucalyptus Steam Room and an outdoor Pool. They have classes for everyone including active older adults (seniors).
