We have a 150 foot paver driveway and they didn't want to drive the truck onto it and into the grass. They asked all precautionary questions about plumbing, electrical and cable running through to prevent damage. They explained everything and how the system works. They pumped the tank out and replaced the filter. They were polite and very knowledgeable. I am not sure what normal price is for pump out, but it was $410.
