The…read moretechnician refused to agitate or suck out the heavy layer of solids at the bottom of the tank, leaving the septic tank practically half full of heavy dirt and mud.When I complained that they left the tank half-full, they actually told me my "only option" was to use a shovel and dig the dirt out myself. Expecting a homeowner to shovel out a septic tank is an extreme, lethal safety hazard due to toxic gases and cave-ins--especially for a job their multi-thousand-dollar vacuum truck is designed to do.They took my cash, did half the work, and gave dangerous advice instead of finishing the job. Absolute lazy service. Avoid this company if you want a complete job.
