I then asked one of the employees about some additional work that he said he could do before they left. Two employees came back to replace the inside parts to two toilet tanks. One tank we noticed was leaking the next day. I contacted the employee several times for him to fix the issue. I didn't want to get him in any trouble or cause issues because the job wasn't done quite right. I ended up calling the company back and they sent out a crew to fix the leak. I also had a strong odor now in my home after it rained. I asked them about that but decided to hire someone else who found the problem and fixed it. I didn't appreciate being left hanging with water leaking. Sadly I was put in the middle of something that should have been taken care of right. I also really liked this company and the people until this happened. They do good work but follow up with the owner for any additional issues. I should not have had water to clean up for over a week.

Last month we had a leak in the kitchen so we called Billy again. The original cast iron pipes were corroded and needed to be replaced. Once again the job he did was top notch. He planned out what needed to be done and had all parts and equipment ready to go. This helped to limit the amount of time that water would be disconnected. Our water heater was leaking and shorted out- we had to shut the fuse down. He came out and got the code for the Rheem warranty part. After almost a week without hot water the part came and Taylor D ghosted us. We called and left messages. We got the service and left messages. We finally had to just replace the whole water heater and had to pay another plumber to do it- we paid cash. We expected that eventually they would realize their mistake and call- never happened. So Taylor d missed out on a cash pay job. We still do not know why Taylor d ghosted us but we will never use them or recommend them to anyone. We have had good service people and bad service people - but never been ghosted by a business. Do not use this plumber.
