Super informative company! I did not know anything about my system and the guys who came out were knowledgeable and professional! I saw some reviews that weren't so great and was hesitant to use them but I'm so glad I did! They were able to fit me on the schedule quickly. I also had risers installed so I don't have to dig my yard up every year to clean my filter. Thank you coastal! We will always use them from here on out and recommend them to everyone!

Coastal cleared the clog when it wasn't their job. Thank you!

I needed a pre purchase septic inspection/pump out on a specific day within a specific window. They were able to accommodate when others couldn't. Mr Dennis was my technician. He really took the time to clearly explain everything that needed to be done in addition to tips and tricks as this is my first property with septic. The listing realtor even mentioned how thorough a job he was doing and will use him on her next septic service. It's clear that Mr Dennis takes pride in his work and truly cares about the customer. What really impressed me was his honesty and transparency -- no upselling, just straightforward advice and excellent service. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy septic company in Brevard County, I highly recommend Top Notch Septic. They absolutely live up to their name!

Huge Thank You to Wendland Septic Company…read more I want to personally thank Wendland Septic Company -- not just for the extra work, but for the level of skill and professionalism they bring to what they do. Before choosing Wendland, I spoke with seven or eight different companies, and they were the only ones who showed up and, within literal minutes, had a real plan of action for our incredibly complicated septic project. We were dealing with a property that had no county records, just enough space to make things work, and a 100+ year old oak tree that everything had to be designed around. It wasn't simple, and it definitely wasn't textbook. Ted knew exactly what to do. His experience, leadership, and his team's capable hands made the entire project happen. From planning to execution, they operated like a skilled tactical SEAL team -- coordinated, calm, and efficient. And when we ran into the inevitable "complications," they handled them with ease and grace like it was no big deal, kept things moving, and got the job DONE with skill, experience, and ability. If you need septic work and want a company that actually knows their craft, shows up prepared, adapts in real time, and stands behind their work, Wendland Septic Company is the one. I'm genuinely grateful for what they pulled off on our property. There are many others in the area, but only one WSC... do your homework, and hire the right people, they saved me so many potential headaches on one of the most complex home improvement projects i've ever seen or experienced.

I made a list of five companies to call and for some reason I started with the second on the list, Plumbing Masters. I was a bit concerned by several 1-star ratings, but most were from more than five years ago. When I called on Monday, I was surprised that I could get a Tuesday (today) appointment. I needed to have the work done NLT June 15. I think that I was fortunate that PM sent Will who examined my water heater and the PB piping, called his boss, and told me that he was cleared to do what was needed. It took Will only an hour to remove the PB piping and replace it with the latest piping material, a kind of new and more flexible version of PVC. The price was reasonable at $369. Will upgraded a release device. (The "come out" fee of PM is $125, which gets built into the work.) Needless to say, I will hired PM again, especially if the office can send Will.

To whom it may concern:…read more I am writing this email to express our profound disappointment in one of your Brevard Cty, Fl. plumbers, Nathan. We contacted your office April 22, 2024, requesting repairs to dripping faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom at one of our numerous rental properties we have in the area. Nathan provided no notice of when he would arrive to perform the repairs at our 1718 Morning Glory property in Melbourne, Fl. He called to inform us that he had installed a cartridge in the faucet in the bathroom, at a cost of $194. He didn't bother to check to make certain the problem had been fixed. When he found that it was still dripping, he quoted us a price of $900 plus to replace the valve in the bathroom. When asked if he had checked the kitchen faucet, he said that his work order was only for the bathroom faucet. He informed us that if he couldn't replace the cartridge, we would need to replace the faucet. He couldn't replace the cartridge, did not have a kitchen faucet on his truck, and said that we would incur another trip-charge. When asked why that fee should fall to us, he said that it wasn't on his order. When informed that we specifically stated that we needed repairs to both the bathroom and kitchen sinks, he said, "I wasn't there." He made no effort to resolve the matter with his office. We asked how much we owed for the work already done; he stated that it was $194. We informed him that we were displeased with the service, stop performing other services, and we would contact another plumber. When informed, he abruptly terminated the call. We have used Plumbing Masters at some of our other properties and have been pleased with their services. However, Nathan's conduct was completely inappropriate and reflects poorly on the fine reputation Plumbing Masters has created. Very Disappointed, Tom
