The woman I spoke to was friendly, informative, & got us scheduled right away. The technician called when he was on his way as promised. The job ended up being more than estimated bc he found a second septic tank that none of us knew about, so I was ok with the increase. I can't expect them to know about something that I was unaware of. After he completed the job, I got a phone call explaining everything that was done as well as the findings & later received a report. The customer service & attention to detail was excellent. Then spilled fecal matter all over my front lawn and left it with lime on the lawn and I didn't find it until following day. I had another company come check the tanks a couple of days later and to all of our surprise the tanks had never been pumped. Which I should have known because I do remember the tech at that time telling me he was having problems with his hose. This house was built in 1957 but has been total remodeled a few times since then. We were not having any issues just thought that it would be a good idea to pump the tanks since we had recently purchased the home. When we complaint to the owner or who represented themselves as the owner, he came out and threaten us and then called us liars and said we were trying to get something for nothing. That was his response. I paid the second company to finally pump the tanks which did eventually get done.
