The woman I spoke to was friendly, informative, & got us scheduled right away. The technician called when he was on his way as promised. The job ended up being more than estimated bc he found a second septic tank that none of us knew about, so I was ok with the increase. I can't expect them to know about something that I was unaware of. After he completed the job, I got a phone call explaining everything that was done as well as the findings & later received a report. The customer service & attention to detail was excellent. Left the yard put back together and had us flush our toilets before they left to make sure everything was up and running. Highly recommend Space Coast Septic and will be calling them again. I then asked one of the employees about some additional work that he said he could do before they left. Two employees came back to replace the inside parts to two toilet tanks. One tank we noticed was leaking the next day. I contacted the employee several times for him to fix the issue. I didn't want to get him in any trouble or cause issues because the job wasn't done quite right. I ended up calling the company back and they sent out a crew to fix the leak. I also had a strong odor now in my home after it rained. I asked them about that but decided to hire someone else who found the problem and fixed it. I didn't appreciate being left hanging with water leaking. Sadly I was put in the middle of something that should have been taken care of right. I also really liked this company and the people until this happened. They do good work but follow up with the owner for any additional issues. I should not have had water to clean up for over a week.

Huge Thank You to Wendland Septic Company…read more I want to personally thank Wendland Septic Company -- not just for the extra work, but for the level of skill and professionalism they bring to what they do. Before choosing Wendland, I spoke with seven or eight different companies, and they were the only ones who showed up and, within literal minutes, had a real plan of action for our incredibly complicated septic project. We were dealing with a property that had no county records, just enough space to make things work, and a 100+ year old oak tree that everything had to be designed around. It wasn't simple, and it definitely wasn't textbook. Ted knew exactly what to do. His experience, leadership, and his team's capable hands made the entire project happen. From planning to execution, they operated like a skilled tactical SEAL team -- coordinated, calm, and efficient. And when we ran into the inevitable "complications," they handled them with ease and grace like it was no big deal, kept things moving, and got the job DONE with skill, experience, and ability. If you need septic work and want a company that actually knows their craft, shows up prepared, adapts in real time, and stands behind their work, Wendland Septic Company is the one. I'm genuinely grateful for what they pulled off on our property. There are many others in the area, but only one WSC... do your homework, and hire the right people, they saved me so many potential headaches on one of the most complex home improvement projects i've ever seen or experienced.

Then spilled fecal matter all over my front lawn and left it with lime on the lawn and I didn't find it until following day. I had another company come check the tanks a couple of days later and to all of our surprise the tanks had never been pumped. Which I should have known because I do remember the tech at that time telling me he was having problems with his hose. This house was built in 1957 but has been total remodeled a few times since then. We were not having any issues just thought that it would be a good idea to pump the tanks since we had recently purchased the home. When we complaint to the owner or who represented themselves as the owner, he came out and threaten us and then called us liars and said we were trying to get something for nothing. That was his response. I paid the second company to finally pump the tanks which did eventually get done.
