Before choosing Wendland, I spoke with seven or eight different companies, and they were the only ones who showed up and, within literal minutes, had a real plan of action for our incredibly complicated septic project. We were dealing with a property that had no county records, just enough space to make things work, and a 100+ year old oak tree that everything had to be designed around.
