After having 2 other companies come out giving inaccurate reviews of my septic system using methods…read morethat are not allowed to determine a pass or fail, I am so thankful i called Wayne at Crotty Services and he was able to come out and do a proper inspection and pump my tanks. He is incredibly knowledgeable of all aspects of septic systems and explained everything as he was working. He is also HONEST and will give you an honest review of your system. Other companies will look to make you feel like you need to spend a lot of money on a system that is working as intended just because they can. Dont waste your time or money on other companies when Crotty Services will do it right the first time and give you an honest assessment. They are not looking to take advantage of you for their financial gain. The other 2 companies that came out contradicted themselves on which tank was which, stuck their hand in the water and then smelled it to "confidently" determine which tank it was, sketched the tanks in the incorrect orientation, didn't even check one of the tanks before saying the tank was bad and performed checks on the tank incorrectly to determine a pass or fail. One of those companies have a lot of good reviews (the same company that didnt know what tank was what...) as well so that is very concerning.
