They were on time to pump our septic. Very professional and friendly. Careful to close the gate when the job was completed. I will definitely use them again and I recommend ASAP in Palm Bay without reservation. read more

Friday morning our toilet bubbled when doing laundry. Checked the septic tank and it was full. Looked on Yelp and found ASAP Septic had great reviews. Called and they were here in 3 hours. We have a 150 foot paver driveway and they didn't want to drive the truck onto it and into the grass. They asked all precautionary questions about plumbing, electrical and cable running through to prevent damage. They explained everything and how the system works. They pumped the tank out and replaced the filter. They were polite and very knowledgeable. I am not sure what normal price is for pump out, but it was $410. I want to say their names were Ray and Eddie. Thanks again for great work. read more

Completely pleased with the job ASAP did on pumping my septic tank. Courteous and polite worker, efficient service, cleaned up well after job was done and price was competitive. While I hope it is a long time before I do this again, I know I will call ASAP next time. read more

I was thoroughly satisfied with they way the job was done . From setting up the appointment , their knowledge of septic systems to the job of digging, pumping and clean up by the men that did the work . I wish I had asked them again their names , but they were so professional, that they started right away . These guys were great ! No hanging on the cell phone just doing the job ! read more

ASAP Onsite Septic And Sewer - Septic Services Near Me - Malabar, Florida

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. The two men who came out, (Anthony & Chavon) were absolutely the best! Anthony had serviced my mother's home last year and he was terrific then as well. Professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They were so patient and pleasant while having to dig and pump a system that hasn't been maintained for a long time. Anthony took the time to educate us on how we can now help maintain the system, which we really appreciated. I would give Anthony and ASAP 10 stars if I could. read more

Today was the second time I've worked with this company. The first time I called they went above and beyond. Today they impressed me not only by honoring their arrival time (I have had difficulty with other companies doing so), but their technicians were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I will return to them for all our future septic system maintenance and/or concerns! read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Here we are on New Year's Day with all three bathrooms and kitchen all backed up. Great way to start the new year! Anyway, I got on Yelp to find a septic service. I called 4 different septic services and got only voicemails. No one returned my call...still. It was a holiday after all. I decided to try one more. I read another lady's great review so I called them. A very nice lady, Crystal, actually answered! She was so helpful. She had a septic truck at our house within about 2 hours. The gentleman, Anthony, was so professional, honest, and hardworking! He finally found the problem and fixed it! We couldn't be happier with ASAP Septic and will use them for any further needs. read more

Oh my goodness! Where to begin?! My parents moved into a newly renovated home in Melbourne Beach in late June and dad didn't even stay a night before dad had to travel for a funeral, leaving my elderly mom alone. Almost immediately upon moving in, the septic backed up, and the plumber involved with the renovation refused to go and take a look at the situation. (At 4pm on a Wednesday...not exactly middle of a weekend.) He insisted that I have the septic tanks pumped, and recommended a company to do it that didn't even call me back by the next morning. Then, they wanted almost $1000 b/c it was considered "an emergency!" I called another company who could come in two days for half that, so I took that appointment. (By this time I knew the water wasn't coming over onto the floor so I wasn't as desperate to have it pumped for an exorbitant amount of money.) I moved mom into my home and prepared to wait two days. As we drive to my house, I passed an ASAP septic truck twice and figured I'd give them a call. Unlike the other companies, who were very rude, the office staff was pleasant and helpful, explaining that we had two tanks to be pumped, but that they would just start with the black water tank and not charge us for the grey if it didn't need to be pumped. And the price was one quarter the first quote I had! And, they apologized that they couldn't come until the very next am! The next morning, I drove back to meet them at the house and they were already there early, prepared to get started. They emptied the first tank and then snaked the system and nothing further needed to be done. They were extremely professional, quick, and very reasonably priced! I will be switching my service to ASAP as well! We can't thank them enough for their kindness, honesty, and work ethic!! Highly recommend! read more

We noticed our toilets were slow to flush and one would gurgle when the other toilet across the house was flushed. I called another septic company that had installed the system and replaced a float a number of years ago. That company said they don't work on floats anymore. After a search on the internet I came across ASAP Onsite Septic and Sewer. Marie in the office was informative, and the technicians were at my house within two days. They were knowledgable, efficient, and pleasant. They easily found the pump, and installed a new pump and float. The system works perfectly now. I would highly recommend ASAP Onsite Septic and Sewer. read more

ASAP Statewide Septic. The service that was provide was horrible! They took my payment but did not complete the service. They did not empty the septic tank and when I told them that, they refuse to complete the service. When I called the office to complain the reception told me they will return the following morning to complete the job. I called the following morning to confirm, and they said they were on their away, but they never showed up to the property. I called again the next day, and the owner provided the same LIE again; "Stating that they were on their way". On the third day I called again that morning and the owner again "Stated that he was down the street and my property was the next on his list. When it hit 5pm I decided that I give this company enough opportunities to make this right and called another septic tank company to complete the job. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation, and Florida Consumer Complaint. This company should not be operating and should return all the payments that scammed from the customers. Whatever you do stay clear of this business ASAP STATEWIDE SEPTIC, LLC 17050 NW 19 AVENUE, MIAMI, FL 33056. They will still your money and not provide any servicers. read more

This was one of the best interactions I've had with excellent customer service. Called the day before and got service the next morning. Communication was excellent and Anthony and TJ went above and beyond taking care of my septic issues. Prompt, courteous and showed up exactly when they said they would. Price was even with most other companies. Would recommend to all and would not hesitate to use them again. read more

We had been having issues with our septic system occasionally backing up. After being told that the drain field needed replacing (6-year-old house), we called ASAP Septic & Sewer. They came out the very next morning, pumped out the tank and inspected the system. The drain field was accepting water perfectly. What they did find was that the tank had settled, causing the pipe leading from the house to be on an inclined angle, which slowed the water flow to the tank, and caused back-ups. When we replace the pipe, it will be a far less expensive fix than replacing the drain field. Techs, Alton and Antwan, were as knowledgeable, professional and honest as anyone could hope for. We highly recommend ASAP Septic read more

This was our first time pumping our septic system. Philip came out and was very informative and helpful. He gave me some tips to ensure we keep the system functioning properly and he also educated me on how it operates. Prompt, polite and friendly. ASAP will be our go-to company for routine pumping. Hopefully we won't ever have to make any emergency calls! read more

ASAP Onsite Septic And Sewer - New tank and drain field - Septic Services Near Me - Malabar, Florida

I would highly recommend ASAP. My septic tank needed to be cleaned out. I called several places and was told they could not come until the following week or if they did come I would be charged the emergency weekend fee (I called on a weekday). I called ASAP and was greeted by a very nice lady who told me they could come out but it would be later in the afternoon. I was okay with that, because I was just happy it was the same day. After I hung up the phone, she called me back 15 mins later to tell me she was sending someone out right away. Wow was I impressed! This wonderful lady knew how important and urgent this was and made sure we were taken care of. A man named Phillip arrived shortly after. He was very professional, well mannered and did a great job! I will definitely be calling ASAP for any future services. read more

Said entire system needed replacement. A new septic tank, drain field and cut my tree down!! They lied and said water gushed out when they put a hose in the line. This is an outright lie. My husband watched as the water barely trickled back out the pipe. They want to have me cut down my tree and replace entire system bc they know the house is for sale and under contract. I called to tell them this and the bitch hung up on me. Never had an issue. Dont have soft ground. Dont have a back up in my tanks. Dont have really green spots in my yard. All of which would indicate an issue. They saw an opportunity to screw me and thought bc my house was under contract they had me by the balls. Schiesters all the way. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LYING CROOKS! read more

Toilets started gurgling so we called a plumbing co. Monday afternoon. He said it was the septic needed to be pumped out. Said was totally full and do not run any wanter or flush any toilet until it gets pumped out or we will have a back-up in the home. It was after business hours and no one answered. Tuesday morning they said they will no longer service this area because it was too far away and they were going to cancel all contracts in this area. They provided a list of optional places to call. We called every single one and rarely received a live person -- just a bunch of voicemails. Left messages everywhere. When speaking with a person, they *all* said they could not do it until Friday (this was Tuesday morning!!). We kept trying to no avail. We finally settled on ASAP Septic simply because the price was half the amount payed to the original contracted company; I will update on Friday. It is now Tuesday evening and I have a feeling it's going to be a very l o n g 3-day wait until Friday. I gave 3 stars for now and will either go up or down, depending on the service received. read more

They give you a time frame such as "9am-10am" and then when 1145am rolls around and you've been outside waiting for them you have to call.... multiple times. You will then get told "I will call your right back Im gonna text them" Their right back is actually 30 minutes and YOU have to call THEM to ask where someone is as you have been sitting outside of a house. Trying to purchase a house through VA loan and its pretty important that the septic issues get solved otherwise I would have told them to kick rocks. Unreliable, your time means nothing to them and their front desk is absolutely the worst! Find someone else read more
