I said that it was working fine before they came and she said the men tried to call me after the repair, but I didn't answer the phone. I asked Natalie if she implied I was lying and making up pantry door being broken. She became curt, rude and dismissive. I told her I would hire someone to repair the door and deduct it from the bill. Natalie became angry and argumentative and told me that would not be acceptable. The men did come back and it took them less than 5 minutes to fix the door. They were nice and helpful, but the experience was ruined by Natali.

On calling Sembler and Sons and leaving a message, I received a quick return call. He was able to "move things around and get a technician out tomorrow!" The next day, as promised, Alex called and arrived 15 minutes later. We discussed my issues, and he quickly got to work.
