As I was doing my daily walk a truck passed by, I wasn't really paying attention or the direction it was going. I turned the block and saw the truck stopped at a house. As I got closer, I saw the name of the company on its side. Drain Mechanics It just so happened that our septic tank was due to be cleaned. The thing is the night before I prayed for a septic company who I could trust and be comfortable with. Then I saw the logo on the truck, clean your drain not your pockets. We have had some bad experiences with other past projects we had to do. I walked up to the truck and ask the gentleman if he could give me his business card which he did. I showed the information to my husband; I told him I have a good feeling about this company. I did say I took it to prayer. We had the service done and met two wonderful staff members from your company. They were both professional, courteous and personable. Joey and Dammion were great. I can't thank you enough for the service you give and the workers doing the work. Once again thank you Joey and Dammion read more

I was very happy with how quick and responsive the team was. Woke up to a completely flooded bathroom due to a toilet issue. Called a few other companies with no one available for a few days, to later that night (was told to turn my water off and wait.... I have kids, not possible). Called drain mechanics and spoke with Brooke and Was able to have someone come out same day, within an hour of ending our call. Also got text response on when the tech would be here! The men came out, inspected and completed the repair and also got my septic tank drained. Very polite, friendly and sympathetic to the situation we were unexpectedly placed in. They were very patient with me. I was unsure where to drain my septic from. Being two months postpartum, my brain was mush. They were helpful in solving that issue I can not thank this team enough!! Not just for the hard work and quick completion. But for the pure genuine compassion. We don't see that very often. 10/10 read more

In the middle of December I walked into the master bathroom one night to discover the floor flooded with water. Water was backing up from both the shower and from under the wax seal of the toilet. I assumed the line to the septic tank was clogged. Drain Mechanics came out the next day. Unable to clear the clog, they arranged for the septic tanks to be pumped out the next day. Later ran a camera down the pipe. It turns out the pipe had broken just short of the septic tank. They repaired the break in the pipe and now all is well. All the steps they took seemed reasonable. The fixed the problem in a short time and at a fair price. I would recommend them and will certainly use them again myself in the future. read more

This was my first experience with Drain Mechanics, but Stephen & Isaac were so terrific, it won't be my last. As a realtor, I need to have contractors in all fields that I know are reliable, professional & courteous. Stephen & Isaac hit every expectation. Stephen was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening during the entire septic inspection. My clients live out of state & couldn't be here for the inspection, so they relied on me to get it right. Thanks to Stephen & Isaac, I believe I did. I'll definitely be calling again, for my clients, and should the need arise at my own home. read more

Drain Mechanics exceeded our expectations! They fixed our sink drain in record time and even tackled a long-standing clog in our bathroom sink that wasn't originally on the list. Their team went above and beyond by taking apart the sink, thoroughly cleaning the parts, and finding the root of the problem. They showed us how to prevent future issues, all without adding anything extra to our bill. Not only were they fast and courteous, but they were also RIGHT ON TIME, which is such a rare find these days. To top it off, they left our house as clean as when they arrived. I highly recommend Drain Mechanics for all your plumbing needs. They're the best! read more

Contacted Drain Mechanics yesterday with a septic issue I had been dealing with for 3 months. My residential septic problem is solved TODAY, thanks to the friendly office staff getting me the apnt right away, and especially to the "expert" knowledge and work performed by Joey and Gabe at my home. Joey figured out the problem, knew what to do to resolve it, and is a very good communicator. As a customer, talking or explaining what is going on is very important. He explained to me the issue in layman's terms. This is they type of service every homeowner will greatly appreciate. Greg C. in Palm Bay Florida. read more

We just had our septic tank pumped out by Drain Mechanics, they are just now leaving the front of our house. Robbie E. and Josh C. were the two employees who showed up for the service call. This company has two awesome, polite, helpful and very professional employees. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and showed me that my tank actually has to sections to it (I'm the type who wants to know what's going on so I can be better educated on topics) and explained how the system works. Thank you Drain Mechanics, I will recommend your company to anyone I meet who may need your services. read more

The other 3 companies I called were not very understanding & wouldn't do an emergency pump out. Again, I am so grateful & thankful that you were able to help me. Regards, Sharon-Ann Lynd read more

It is 545 Ish on July 13 and we were coming home from Bill Madden Park one of the pump trucks was finishing up their duty call and my boy really likes truck horns and we were driving past them slowly in the neighborhood so I stuck my arm out the window to get a honk honk for my boy and the driver did amazing the whole rest of the ride home. My boy was making honk noises and before we made our final turn away from the pump truck I requested a few more beep beeps and he did it. Thanks for the smiles. read more

I had a great experience with this plumbing company. They were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable from start to finish. The plumber took the time to explain the issue, provided a fair estimate, and completed the work efficiently. Everything was left clean and working perfectly when the job was done. It's hard to find reliable service these days, but this company exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work and will use them again in the future. read more

I live in a condo where we have 3 buildings with approximately 40 units to a building. We have 2 sewage tanks that require 2 pumps to keep the tanks from overfilling. Both pumps failed at the same time which left us in some deep s_ _t. Drain Mechanics worked long and hard hours to replace the pumps. They worked from 8am until well after dark, in windblown rain and 40-degree temperatures, to complete the job as soon as was possible. I highly recommend Drain Mechanics for all your plumbing needs. read more

we had our septic tanks, pumped out and inspected, trying to find a clog in the system and Emmanuel system up and inspected the filter and found it clogged and cleaned it out the tank, problem solved. We heard about a filter in our system until today. Their work was very good. And the grass was cut so that it could be replaced to grow back in. I'm very happy with the service and the response time to the issue. I would highly recommend drain mechanics for future plumbing emergencies. read more

very happy with the staff & service my husband & I received today. We had previously hired a plumber who helped us with a plumbing/toilet situation. The problem was not resolved in 3 trips, so we hired Drain Mechanics who immediately diagnosed our problem. The previous plumber left his broken snake & camera in our pipes, which was causing the consistent clogging problems. Thank you for 'fixing' our situation and not charging us a lot of money. Your pricing was very fair. read more
