As I was doing my daily walk a truck passed by, I wasn't really paying attention or the direction it was going. I turned the block and saw the truck stopped at a house. As I got closer, I saw the name of the company on its side. Drain Mechanics It just so happened that our septic tank was due to be cleaned. The thing is the night before I prayed for a septic company who I could trust and be comfortable with. Then I saw the logo on the truck, clean your drain not your pockets. I was very happy with how quick and responsive the team was. Woke up to a completely flooded bathroom due to a toilet issue. Called a few other companies with no one available for a few days, to later that night (was told to turn my water off and wait.... I have kids,not possible). Called drain mechanics and spoke with Brooke and Was able to have someone come out same day, within an hour of ending our call. Also got text response on when the tech would be here! The men came out, inspected and completed the repair and also got my septic tank drained. Very polite, friendly and sympathetic to the situation we were unexpectedly placed in. They were very patient with me. I was unsure where to drain my septic from. Being two months postpartum, my brain was mush. They were helpful in solving that issue I can not thank this team enough!! In the middle of December I walked into the master bathroom one night to discover the floor flooded with water. Water was backing up from both the shower and from under the wax seal of the toilet. I assumed the line to the septic tank was clogged. Drain Mechanics came out the next day. Unable to clear the clog, they arranged for the septic tanks to be pumped out the next day. Later ran a camera down the pipe. It turns out the pipe had broken just short of the septic tank. They repaired the break in the pipe and now all is well. All the steps they took seemed reasonable. The fixed the problem in a short time and at a fair price. I would recommend them and will certainly use them again myself in the future. read more

It is 545 Ish on July 13 and we were coming home from Bill Madden Park one of the pump trucks was finishing up their duty call and my boy really likes truck horns and we were driving past them slowly in the neighborhood so I stuck my arm out the window to get a honk honk for my boy and the driver did amazing the whole rest of the ride home. I live in a condo where we have 3 buildings with approximately 40 units to a building. We have 2 sewage tanks that require 2 pumps to keep the tanks from overfilling. we had our septic tanks, pumped out and inspected, trying to find a clog in the system and Emmanuel system up and inspected the filter and found it clogged and cleaned it out the tank, problem solved. We heard about a filter in our system until today. Their work was very good. And the grass was cut so that it could be replaced to grow back in.
