On the last visit, two of the Clearance lights on the exterior were replaced (by white lights, not matching the other 3 lights that are yellow) as this is what the technician believed was causing the leak. The van is STILL leaking in the same area as the original leak. Don't waste your money on RV Specialists, I know I will never use them again.

Since it was a Saturday morning and I live several miles outside of town, I was expecting to have to wait a couple hours. Blake from SAS called me within 10 minutes. He showed up at my house 30 minutes later with a large flat top truck. Blake helped me push my truck out of the shed, so it could be loaded properly. He was very knowledgeable how large SUV's have to be loaded and secured without damaging them. My truck arrived safe and sound at the repair shop. I've used roadside assist several times over the years for my Suburban. There have been a couple times where I had to send the tow company back, because they were not equipped and/or trained on large trucks. I've even had a guy show up once to change my tire with a tiny car jack. Blake showed up with a flatbed fully capable of handling large trucks. He was friendly, professional, and definitely knew what he was doing.

I think that was a little deceptive. Some people may not actually read their invoices. If you want to tip your driver that's fine but added to your bill without approval is unprofessional. This was not a table of 8 at a restaurant. I did contact them and received a refund for the "tip".

They said someone would call me that night to confirm the deal and start paperwork. No one called so I called first thing the next morning. I was told the car was sold. I was very upset and complained as I had spent $100 getting the car revised by a mechanic the day prior. No one called me back. I would never do business with these people. (Also, the car had a clean car fax, but the mechanic showed me where the car had actually been in an accident and was repaired poorly. The salesmen acted as if they didn't know, but once the car was lifted, it was quite obvious. Maybe they don't even fully inspect the vehicles they sell.)

I wish all businesses were this easy and simple. I'm new to TX and have a bit of land and…read morediscovered my traditional push mower just wasn't going to be able to do the job that I needed. Or I would spend a day just using a push mower... so I decided it was time to get a seated mower. I've read a lot about zero turn mowers and felt I was ready to make the purchase. Through my search online, I came across Reid's Triple T and was hoping to find out as much information online before making the trip out. It turned out to be even easier than that. I contacted them by email and they confirmed they had the exact zero turn mower I was interested in as well as the add-ons I wanted. Without even having to talk to anyone on the phone, I was given a quote. Now, I don't have any means of hauling something like this and thought it would be easier for them to install the extras I was ordering. Fortunately, they knew someone who would transport the mower and for a reasonable fee, they attached the extra equipment I ordered. I was ready to make the purchase; I sent them the documents they required and I was able to sign them and email right back to them. Fortunately, I can sign electronically on my computer, but for those who can't, it might be nice if they used Docusign (but they might actually offer that). I spoke to someone over the phone to do my payment and in just a few hours... I had purchased my new mower and arranged for delivery. They gave me an approximate date for delivery and today it arrived... as promised. I am very happy with the service at Reid's Triple T. In fact, another person from this store emailed me to ensure I had been contacted after my initial email inquiry. They responded to all of my emails immediately and instead of what I thought would take days and ultimately result in me driving to the store (it's far away from me), I never left my house other than to greet the person who delivered the mower. Great prices, incredible customer service... I wouldn't hesitate to use them and if you know of another store that has the same product... you want to come here simply for the customer service. They way they treat their customers is how you would expect if you were family! I really can't say enough great things about my experience with this store and I know I will return. Thank you to Steven Jennings who helped me through this entire process.
