With that said, I have no doubt the 1 star reviews are 100% accurate. The owner is terrible at CS and has always been that way. But I don't really care. I need a trailer that works and he always has them. Just don't expect a pleasant man. He's been doing the same boring job every day for over 30 years. So if you need to be appreciated as a trailer rental customer then go somewhere else but if your fine just renting a well maintained trailer and paying a fair price these guys do that well.

A friend and I rented a trailer recently for some mutual work needing done! his card did not go through, so I stepped up and put my name on it,#1, so my friend wouldn't get in trouble! the card had expired! and also so the rental place wouldn't have down lost rental time! I managed my time fairly, but still had the trailer longer than agreed! it was fully loaded,& I was trying to do the right thing, emptying it first ,& then return it! When I stopped in,( late ) to pay Rick, I have never, ever been spoken to by anyone in 56 years, the way that man spoke to me! calling me names, degrading me verbally,& all because I was late on returning his trailer! There is always a way to speak to anyone, regardless if they are in the wrong , or not! that's with respect!! he was trying to get me to swing at him, or just super angry at the world! I also asked for the price and they confirmed $479.99 and they also provided the price of the model up for SR200. I drove 30 min to purchase it and they asked if i would like them to test out the unit to ensure everting worked? I said yes and this is one of the reasons I like punching from them is they register for warranty, test and i support local business. Unit fired up, during checked he said total was $600ish? I immediately said the price was $479.99 and their website shows that price and that was the price given when i called. He asked if was still on sale and I said I have no idea but that why a called to confirm inventory and price. He asked who I spoke to and I did not get a name but he would find out who i spoke to. He found the person I spoke to and he said they can't honor the price he gave me for 479.99 because there was a miscommunication? I asked what the miscommunication was when he said what the price was 479.99? He stated they can't sell it at that price and walked away. What piss poor customer service not to honor the price they have on webpage and after confirming that was the correct price. This is bait and switch and I can understand not always updating your website but that's why I called and asked for the price and inventory. Very disappointing after driving 30 min to support local Austin business and then 30 min to return home.

I rented it for a week and had to add an extra day, which was no problem. The trailer was EXACTLY the right size, fortunately I was hauling a small sports car and there was really about 3 inches to spare on each side. But it worked perfectly for me. Friendly people and accommodating. They were able to find me a truck when no one else in…read moresurrounding cities could. Only 20 miles from work (where we needed to use the truck), so fairly convenient location. Sometimes I fly in for a show or convention and we don't have a truck available, and this Enterprise location will be my first choice. I'm sure we will work together again soon.
