We just borrowed a skid-steer for a week and on the second day one of our guys threw a track. We called them at 0600 in the morning and left a message and by 0730 (they open at 0730 BTW) they had a mechanic at our site fixing the track. Also their pickup and drop-off procedures is so much better than those around them. At other places we have had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to find a trailer - then a skid steer - then someone to load it -- etc etc ... At RENT EQUIP by the time we had gone in and done the paperwork (which took less than 5 minutes - the trailer was hooked up and we were on our way. At drop-off we were gone in less than 10 minutes ...

You get what you pay for! They take NO responsibility for their units or tenants. After a large fire that burned many units including ours caused by another tenant's car exploding inside the unit, they were so inconsiderate and displayed no compassion for peoples losses. Come and get your burned shit out is basically what we were told and figure out on your own how to do it! The buildings weren't even safe. If cheap storage makes you happy and you have valuables, you might want to think about having it all insured or you will have nothing when another fire breaks out due to their lack of responsibility. I dont consider them a friend of the bend.
