A cat jumped out of one of the holes that the repair person put in the underbelly. There were 2 holes cut in it. It needs to be replaced. The left slide has to be manually slid out now. It has water damage. The seal around the slide was thrown on top of the slide. There was no water damage, when it was dropped off. The hardware for the stairs is missing. The stairs can't even be attached due to the water damage. The wall of the slide is soft and so is the floor. One of our propane tanks was swapped out for an old one. The light bar was hanging off of the rv. It needs to be replaced. We had a buyer for it, and now we are stuck with something that can't be sold. My husband requested a call from the owner, but we never heard anything. I sent 2 emails. No response. Owners response on Yelp is complete bs. She's very misinformed. There was no request to fix the roof, water damage, floor or stairs, because they were not damaged, when it was dropped off. They were to fix the fireplace, heater vent, fridge, carbon monoxide detector and the awning. The warranty didn't expire until 11/30/25. It sat there, because they took so long to fix the a/c motor and fireplace. They didn't even bother fixing the fridge. I was called once to pick it up on 11/25/2025.
