Forest River products are junk, look at reviews on Facebook for them....horrible. Well for the a/c I had to have manufacture repair it because GTHOMESRV, are crap. I also had to pay 125.00 service fee for them to come look at the thing, which I am still fighting with them to give me back my money as it was only like a said not even a month old and all this happens. Avoid them at all cost. Trust me!!

The lady in the service department is rude, you can hardly catch the service manager when he is there. They are always going to call back. They can't get parts from Winnebago (and act like thats an excuse). Basically if you buy here, you roll the dice, if you have problems I wouldn't expect them to make it good. Oh yes and don't waste your time on an extended warranty, they can't fix it under the manufactures warranty!

A cat jumped out of one of the holes that the repair person put in the underbelly. There were 2 holes cut in it. It needs to be replaced. The left slide has to be manually slid out now. It has water damage. The seal around the slide was thrown on top of the slide. There was no water damage, when it was dropped off. The hardware for the stairs is missing. The stairs can't even be attached due to the water damage. The wall of the slide is soft and so is the floor. One of our propane tanks was swapped out for an old one. The light bar was hanging off of the rv. It needs to be replaced. We had a buyer for it, and now we are stuck with something that can't be sold. My husband requested a call from the owner, but we never heard anything. I sent 2 emails. No response. Owners response on Yelp is complete bs. She's very misinformed. There was no request to fix the roof, water damage, floor or stairs, because they were not damaged, when it was dropped off. They were to fix the fireplace, heater vent, fridge, carbon monoxide detector and the awning. The warranty didn't expire until 11/30/25. It sat there, because they took so long to fix the a/c motor and fireplace. They didn't even bother fixing the fridge. I was called once to pick it up on 11/25/2025.

Recently, much as we were disappointed to lose whom we considered the best RV tech in the country, Scott and Kristine decided to relocate their business to Scott's native land...Texas. Over the years, Scott has trained a number of RV techs who have remained in the greater Denver area; some have started their own businesses. He has successfully repaired/replaced our RV floor, A/C, roof, wastewater system, wheel bearings, rebuilt our slide unit, repaired many trim items and repaired electrical and tablet control system problems. Scott has gotten us out of a jam on the road many times with his advice over the phone. He is great at problem solving. He and Kristine are very ethical business people. Scott has always charged a fair price for his services. My wife Kathie and I highly recommend Deep East Texas RV for competent handling of any RV system issues that may arise.
