Mr. Rider came literally 2 minutes after a call was put in. He had my vehicle hooked up to tow within 5 minutes. He got my vehicle into a shop that would be able fix it right away. We were is a very dangerous situation, at night, we had a blow out on our boat trailer and were not able to pull all of the way off of Interstate 10. We had about 2 feet of the boat and car in the road. The police contacted Gilbeaux's towing and they were there very quickly. They were able to load our boat onto their wrecker and take us to their shop to do the repairs. We were out of danger in no time. They opened their shop for tools, so we did not have to unload our car. They opened the office to give me access to the restroom. The men were professional and helpful in every way. We were blessed that they came to our rescue. I would highly recommend these guys to everyone, especially if its a dangerous situation! read more

Just wanted to thank Robbie Gilbeaux for his assistance when my car got hit on Saturday, February 8 in Orange. A careless trucker took a right turn and smashed my right hood and fender. I was not injured, but very shook up as I live in Houston. Robbie was very calm and helpful and got me to Enterprise to rent a car as he had to tow my car back to Houston. If I could give them zero stars I would! They didn't even have our vehicle hooked up or even close to being hooked up and still made me pay $175. Gave me no paperwork whatsoever- only offed me a receipt for the payment. When I contacted the "manager" about it being a violation of my rights according to TDLR he told me to "go f*** myself"... real professional. Filing a formal complaint as told to do so by TDLR! read more

If you can avoid using Gilbeaux's Towing, I would strongly advise you to do so. They are completely rude. They will not work with you. Be ready to take off from work to get anything done with them, they close at 5pm. The lady in the office will more than likely have the gate locked a couple minutes before 5 though. Oh, and if you think you may need anything off of or from your vehicle, get it before it goes into their possession. They will make it very difficult for you to get to your things. read more
