    The post that I made for the 3rd time to their Facebook page that they keep deleting.

    Hello, Let me tell you our story. We purchased our camper on 8/29 2021 from the Alvin Tx location. My husband and son needed it for travelling for work. We were told we could be able to pick it up the following week. Unfortunately that was not the case. In fact we made the first payment before even having the camper in our possession. My Husband and son were finally able to pick it up from the dealer sometime on or about Oct 3. During the week of October 12th the camper had a leak and there was water under the cabinets, under the refrigerator. They called for warranty work and someone came and fixed it ( but was not covered for some reason) But leak was stopped. Condensation line was not hooked up properly from Day 1. Shortly after this my husband woke up in the middle of the night to a roof leak in the master bedroom. They brought the camper back to the dealer in Alvin. They tried to bring it immediately but had to make an appointment several weeks out. Finally got the camper to Alvin and dropped it at the dealer sometime around Dec 1. We have not gotten any updates, no one returns calls, never can speak to who we need to...they are never there. My husband has made several trips to the dealer and cannot get anyone to give us info. My son has sent several emails. Next step? When will I speak to someone who can answer my questions? We have now owned and paid for (6 months) a camper that we have only had access to for roughly 4 weeks. In addition we have had to pay for expenses for my husband and son to stay in a hotel for work instead of the camper we have paid for. Who will help us recoup our losses? An attorney? What will it take to get answers? Thank You Deanna Knight

    Run and buy elsewhere. Salesman was great, but it stopped there. After you sign, you need the other departments. If you need warranty work or service, you will, it's the nature of an RV, this isn't the place. Hands down this was/is the worst service and worst service department we have ever experienced. This wasn't our first RV purchase or even new RV purchase Explore USA Alvin takes the joy out of what should be a fun purchase. Regret walking in and buying here. They should have a negative star option! I am not drawn to review and when I do, it's positive. Buyer beware here!

    Trim that was supposed to have been fixed

    First I will preface this with my username was prior to marrying my husband. So I'm leaving this review as my prior name. My husband David Schultz and I decided to buy a used RV from this dealership if we could give negative stars we would. To start this nightmare off, my husband was told they needed 3k down to start the repairs this unit needed, no problem done! Told it would be done on a Friday when the loan papers were signed, it wasn't, nor was the washer and dryer in the agreement, then told before we could take possession we would need proof of insurance, no problem... then told they couldn't start repairs without proof of insurance. Again given a date it would be ready and again it wasn't oh and they needed something else from the insurance. Though in regards to the washer and dryer they gave us one for free. We had invited my out of state son and wife for thanksgiving to stay with us because we had been told it would be ready well in advance. So the Monday before thanksgiving when it was yet again supposed to be ready, it wasn't! It hadn't even been brought in yet and told it wouldn't be ready till Friday. At this point my husband lost it, yes he yelled and yes he was rude and belligerent. He did call and apologize at which time he was told we could pick it up Wednesday. So we pick it up.... The repairs agreed upon weren't completed or started for that matter, the inside of the unit wasn't cleaned, the outside they washed kinda.. roof definitely wasn't washed. The washer and dryer just slapped in not leveled. They said they hook up all units to make sure of no leaks ect. Well that's also a lie cause if they did they'd have noticed a piece of pipe missing that was wrapped with house insulation and duct taped, a tank missing it's plug. Now we live full time in our rv, their answer to this was well bring it in and we will get it done in a day! How convenient they can do it in a day but couldn't do it in the 2 weeks before we brought it home. Also since bringing this home and having a repair man come look we've found an area of rot, the A/C unit is damaged but still useable. We've also learned that the blank tank valve doesn't close all the way, a window isn't sealed which leaks into the unit. If you were ever considering purchasing a RV definitely run as fast as you can away from this place. My husband will be attempting to give them one last chance of fixing this before we take this further.

    Needed gas regulator was helpful and fast and also put the Part-on for me and was out the door less then 10 minutes
