I was a mechanic for 12 years so I know that things happen but you need to own up to it and not treat the customer like they're trying to get over on you immedietly. Owner is very rude. I had become a little rude the day it happened because they were just trying to deny everything. Said they were going to replace the wheel but days later the owner was still being a dick about it so I just said fuck it. I'm not going to argue with this man over and over about it. He went to the gas station my wife works at and was rude to her about it. She had nothing to do with the situation. They already knew each other and she has always said he was a very nice person. What really stood out to me was how polite and courteous the staff was. From Mya, who took my information and scheduled my appointment, to the technician who worked on my car -- everyone was professional and kind. I've heard a lot of good things about Randolph's, and now I know firsthand that they live up to their reputation. They're an honest business with great staff, and they even have a nice waiting area!
