They scratched one of my wheels pretty badly. Said I was lying about them doing it. That's not the kind of person I am. I was a mechanic for 12 years so I know that things happen but you need to own up to it and not treat the customer like they're trying to get over on you immedietly. Owner is very rude. I had become a little rude the day it happened because they were just trying to deny everything. Said they were going to replace the wheel but days later the owner was still being a dick about it so I just said fuck it. I'm not going to argue with this man over and over about it. He went to the gas station my wife works at and was rude to her about it. She had nothing to do with the situation. They already knew each other and she has always said he was a very nice person. Apparently he's not. I don't recommend anyone ever go there.

Title: Fast, Honest, and Professional Service!…read more I recently had an issue with my 2017 Jeep Renegade -- it was cranking but wouldn't start. After struggling to figure out the problem myself, I decided to take it to Randolph's Auto Repair rather than wasting money buying parts and hoping for a fix. I had an appointment scheduled for today, and they managed to diagnose and solve the issue within an hour. I was only charged for the labor and the oil change I had requested. What really stood out to me was how polite and courteous the staff was. From Mya, who took my information and scheduled my appointment, to the technician who worked on my car -- everyone was professional and kind. I've heard a lot of good things about Randolph's, and now I know firsthand that they live up to their reputation. They're an honest business with great staff, and they even have a nice waiting area! I highly recommend them if you're looking for fast, reliable service. Thanks again to the team at Randolph's Auto Repair for making the experience stress-free and positive! Their hours I believe are: Mon 08:00 am - 05:00 pm Tue 08:00 am - 05:00 pm Wed 08:00 am - 05:00 pm Thu 08:00 am - 05:00 pm Fri 08:00 am - 05:00 pm Sat 09:00 am - 03:00 pm They have a website but I do not think it's maintained. Calling them to setup an appointment is what I had to do.

The Rav 4 is a hot item and the next shipment isn't expected to arrive until next month or so. Payton greeted us upon arrival at the dealership and went over the available options. I was provided the opportunity to do a walk through and test drive a Ford Escape, which is in the same category (compact SUV) as the Toyota Rav 4. While the Ford Escape would suit my needs, I prefer to view and test drive the Toyota Rav 4 (among other vehicles) before making any decisions, especially since this is such a large purchase. I'd definitely see Payton again when the Toyota Rav 4 is available. Great customer service and overall experience with this dealership, although they did not have the vehicle I primarily visited for/want.
