I was a mechanic for 12 years so I know that things happen but you need to own up to it and not treat the customer like they're trying to get over on you immedietly. Owner is very rude. I had become a little rude the day it happened because they were just trying to deny everything. Said they were going to replace the wheel but days later the owner was still being a dick about it so I just said fuck it. I'm not going to argue with this man over and over about it. He went to the gas station my wife works at and was rude to her about it. She had nothing to do with the situation. They already knew each other and she has always said he was a very nice person. They took my car in, knowing that I bought my car at a different location, and fixed the problem. Yes, it was just push pins that came loose and the cover for my oil change was dragging but they reconnected the cover with new push pins and got me on my way in under fifteen minutes and didn't charge me anything. That's customer service the way it should be. I didn't get his name, but thanks to the young man at the front service desk. Excellent customer service.
