Title: Fast, Honest, and Professional Service!…read more I recently had an issue with my 2017 Jeep Renegade -- it was cranking but wouldn't start. After struggling to figure out the problem myself, I decided to take it to Randolph's Auto Repair rather than wasting money buying parts and hoping for a fix. I had an appointment scheduled for today, and they managed to diagnose and solve the issue within an hour. I was only charged for the labor and the oil change I had requested. What really stood out to me was how polite and courteous the staff was. From Mya, who took my information and scheduled my appointment, to the technician who worked on my car -- everyone was professional and kind. I've heard a lot of good things about Randolph's, and now I know firsthand that they live up to their reputation. They're an honest business with great staff, and they even have a nice waiting area!
