MOORES RETREAD & TIRE DBA

My kids and I were on our way back to Texas from my childhood home and decided to stop in Natchitoches for lunch and to show my kids the campus of Northwestern State University where I attended and graduated college. During our tour, we picked up a nail in our passenger rear tire. I looked up the nearest Tire Repair shop and Moore's came up first. We stopped in and was immediately greeted by Robbie (male) who was working behind the counter. I explained to Robbie what had happened and asked if he could do his best to get us back on the road as soon as possible. While the vehicle was being worked on, I had asked Robbie about an alternative route back to Houston (TX). Louisiana State Police had suggested going up to Shreveport, then taking I-20 West across into Texas. Robbie explained that if we went West out of Natchitoches through Many and then over into Texas, we would save about 3 hours off of our trip. I made a couple of phone calls and by the time I was done, so was our vehicle. Robbie got us back underway in under an hour. We took Robbie's advice and headed out towards Many. We made it to Texas in a relatively short amount of time with no flooding (which is why we were heading up to Shreveport to begin with. It was reported that I-10 at the LA / TX border would be closed, and eventually it was) issues along the way. I'm not sure if Moore's was in business when I attended Northwestern State University, but if the opportunity came about again and I found myself in need of a tire repair shop, I would go to and recommend Moore's in a hearbeat! Thanks again Robbie for taking such good care of us!!!

They told me it would be about three hours - but they were here way before that. Friendly and professional tech put my spare on with a smile and kind word. Highly recommend.
