Was traveling through when our car broke down on a Thursday afternoon. Had our vehicle towed to…read moreBoyett's because when we told them we thought it was the alternator they said they would be able to work on the car the next day. The next morning, Friday spoke to someone at 730 AM, told them again that we were needing the car repaired since we were traveling and staying in a hotel until the car was repaired. Told them what we thought the issue was. They said that they would pull it in right away. At 1030 received a phone call from Boyett's saying they were not going to get the car repaired and they were closing at 11. Told us we could have the vehicle towed to another repair shop, Smith's Garage. We contacted Smith's Garage and they went and got our car, no charge and repaired it that day. When finished they even delivered our car to the hotel we were staying at.

I told him I just had it replaced somewhere else 2 months ago so he told me I should have my car towed over there and they should pay for the majority of the repairs. After bringing it to Raymond's attention, he invited us to cancel our towing request (approx. 2 hr. wait) and call Archie's Towing Company. Don from Archie's was there in approx. 45 min. Raymond diagnosed that new rotors were needed also, informed us, ordered the parts, performed the work, and sent someone to museum to pick us up.
