But first place was rude and didn't want to talk or answer any questions. I payed again to have my SUV towed to Le Barons after finding them online. When I first called Le Barons I was greeted by a friendly lady who allowed me to speak with a mechanic within minutes (Ricky) and he was also friendly and answered my questions and took the time to look up some prices for me and give me a ball park estimate on repairs without even looking at my vehicle but going on just what I told him. They had my car fixed and back to me in one day. They were fast, friendly, professional, and was right in with the estimate ( which was very reasonable after comparing prices online). I will use them again if needed and will highly recommend them!! ( you can read negative post of the first place PK Smiths that I went to).

I located two places and I figured I'd call both to get a "feel" for each shop. The first shop wasn't ingratiating at all. But when I phoned ACE and told them of our recent move and about how we like keeping our vehicles well tuned, it was as if I were talking to an old friend. Kendon welcomed us to Ruston and invited us to "come on down" anytime so we could meet in person. I cannot express enough how professional, kind, personable and helpful everyone at shop is. In my experiences, they go out of their way to make sure we understand what needs to be down to keep the cars purring! Whenever there's been a problem, the guys at ACE are there to remedy the issue-fast! We have full confidence in ACE/Kendon and the entire team! Thank you so very much for everything you've done for our vehicles.

They kept my car for about a week, and during that time I had to spend a significant amount of money on Ubers and Lyfts because I had no vehicle. I was repeatedly told they were waiting on a part that hadn't arrived. Eventually, they called to say my car was finished. I paid approximately $2,000 and was waiting for them to bring my car around. After about 20 minutes, they came back and told me they actually needed to order another part but I could drive my car for now. The check engine light was still on. It took about another week for that part to arrive. Then I was told it would cost around another $2,000. At that point, I tried to work out some kind of solution or discount with them because of everything that happened. As of the time I'm writing this review, I have not received a response despite attempts to follow up. What disappointed me most was the communication throughout the process. Being told my car was finished, paying for the repair, and then finding out more repair parts were needed. Combined with the delays, additional transportation costs, and the lack of follow-up afterward, this was not the level of service I expected. This review reflects my personal experience. I hope the shop is able to improve its communication and customer service going forward.

The next day my daughter receives a call from the owner of the dealership Mike Smith, he is incredibly rude and even curses his own corporate headquarters. Very unprofessional, arrogant, no one deserves to be treated this way, especially my daughter who is seven months pregnant. Do yourself a favor and do business somewhere that's reputable.
