The next day I needed another tow and called them back at 2 pm but the lady said she had no one there that could tow me that day. There is only two tow co. In my town so I used the other company Bolds and was pleased with them.

These are the fake friendly family business, small town robbers you need to stay away from.

My father is 72 with C.O.P.D. I am disabled from a stroke with a "dead" left side, so neither of us could have walked for help. We called Mr. Bolds and he was there within 45 min and towed us home for an amazingly low cost compared to what I thought would be a huge unexpected expense not to mention the broken truck cost. I explained what was going on and for a fee (about the cost of a tow truck ) the mechanic came to me and got the car into good enough shape to get to their shop. Once at the shop they worked on the truck quickly. I had the truck back that same day. The repairs were explained to me as well as the cost break-down. Repair costs are never inexpensive but I would say that the price I paid was fair. In my opinion, this is a shop with an extremely knowledgable mechanic, fair prices, and quick service. But first place was rude and didn't want to talk or answer any questions. I payed again to have my SUV towed to Le Barons after finding them online. When I first called Le Barons I was greeted by a friendly lady who allowed me to speak with a mechanic within minutes (Ricky) and he was also friendly and answered my questions and took the time to look up some prices for me and give me a ball park estimate on repairs without even looking at my vehicle but going on just what I told him. They had my car fixed and back to me in one day. They were fast, friendly, professional, and was right in with the estimate ( which was very reasonable after comparing prices online). I will use them again if needed and will highly recommend them!! ( you can read negative post of the first place PK Smiths that I went to).
