When I first called Le Barons I was greeted by a friendly lady who allowed me to speak with a mechanic within minutes (Ricky) and he was also friendly and answered my questions and took the time to look up some prices for me and give me a ball park estimate on repairs without even looking at my vehicle but going on just what I told him. They had my car fixed and back to me in one day. They were fast, friendly, professional, and was right in with the estimate ( which was very reasonable after comparing prices online). They were very upfront about the process and what it would take to fix it. While I was there, I asked if they could recommend someone to do the body work on my truck. But because upper management listened to lower management before doing her own due diligence, I paid the price and was wrongfully terminated. I am a very hard worker even though I am disabled and loved my job and the customers. Unfortunately this is a very shady place run by very shady people. And this is the reason for them having such a high turnover. I'm so sorry to all the regular customers and ask that you please accept my apology for the service you will all continue to receive due to mismanagement. Driving the extra miles to another truck stop would probably benefit you all way more.
