Later, while site seeing, we experienced more mechanical difficulties. After bringing it to Raymond's attention, he invited us to cancel our towing request (approx. 2 hr. wait) and call Archie's Towing Company. Don from Archie's was there in approx. 45 min. Raymond diagnosed that new rotors were needed also, informed us, ordered the parts, performed the work, and sent someone to museum to pick us up. We could not be more pleased with the prompt response and high quality work he did. With his and Don's help, we did not miss a beat in our touring Natchitoches agenda. We hope to visit again soon. Thanks again, Ken and Annette Mavec, Crystal Lake, Illinois

I couldn't find any on yelp and thought I might have to drive to nearby town when I saw this place. All they guys were nice (Dwane, Chase, & Cole) and it only took 15 mins. The only reason I took off a star was for price. Mine ended up being 52.99 for the change and then an additional 7.75 for oil. The sign says Starts -at 34.99 up to five quarts of oil. I just would have appreciated the heads up on the additional cost. Using synthetic oil I understand a little more charge for the oil but the oil change is the same. When I walk out of the dealership for an oil change with synthetic oil cost + taxes and all, it only cost me 56.70. I will use these guys again if in town.

But because upper management listened to lower management before doing her own due diligence, I paid the price and was wrongfully terminated. I am a very hard worker even though I am disabled and loved my job and the customers. Unfortunately this is a very shady place run by very shady people. And this is the reason for them having such a high turnover. I'm so sorry to all the regular customers and ask that you please accept my apology for the service you will all continue to receive due to mismanagement.
