Great staff , great pricing, HOWEVER, I got a lot of work done (oil change,…read moretransmission flush, brake fluid flush, and tire rotation) BUT, my tires actually weren't rotated. I had just got 2 brand new tires on my front so I knew after a rotation, they would be on the back. Obviously not the end of the world, but 5 stars means perfection, and while I "assume" the oil and transmission and brake fluids were indeed taken care of, technically how would I know? The tires I easily could tell, considering they had a tread depth of 10 vs 4, which caused me to have to go back to discount tire to have the rotation performed. Again, great place and I had some additional service recommendations that I considered going back for, but if a simple rotation isn't taken care of, I do have cause for pause that other service may not actually be performed unless I'm sitting in the bay watching every single step. Nonetheless, I do know if I went back they would have completed it, but they're a bit out of the way and also, after spending $550, I would like to think I shouldn't have to go back for work that was supposed to be done the first time. 4 stars is best I can do.

It had blown engine but he followed a recall on it, talked to several dealerships and one who worked with him. She was able to get a whole new engine installed free. I was wrong I received no updates through out the entire day. I called around 4 and spoke to Carmine and he informed me that he drove it and that he was going to have someone else drive it and if I could leave over night because he closed at 5:00pm. No rack diagnosis, No explanation, Just indifference I live quite a distance and found it farcical since he did not reach out to me at all. Waste of my time!

I received a follow up text a month or so later asking how my vehicle was running and to make sure everything was still good. This blew me away! I've never had a business follow up like that before. I've been working on my own vehicles and others for over 10 years. She brought the car to me, NOT A SINGLE LEAK ON ANY OF THE STRUTS, and 0 sign of an alignment being needed. Almost looks like they sprayed PB blaster on the strut to make it look damp. THESE GUYS ARE FULL OF SHIT! 0 wear on her struts, 0 irregular wear on the tires, 0 signs of any of these service needed. Took it back the 4th time, where they said they re-checked all the hoses and they were fine. Now Ford tells me it will be another $2,000 for a new turbo. Took it to Patriot, who located the problem in 5 minutes and had it fixed with in 20 minutes. There was a hose that was disconnected by Ford and never put back on, even though Ford assured me that they rechecked all the hoses.

After paying roughly $600, I was forced to spend another $230+ at a different shop to fix their mistakes. Key issues discovered immediately after pickup: Dishonest Billing: I paid for a new thermostat, but they installed a used one that was roughly 9 years old. Safety Hazard: The wiring harness melted due to inadequate repair work. Incomplete A/C: Refrigerant was only filled to two-thirds capacity ($136 to fix elsewhere). Improper Coolant: The system was left filled with red, heavily diluted distilled water ($100 to fix elsewhere). When confronted, they demanded more labor money to fix work that should have been done correctly the first time. Charging for new parts while installing decade-old ones and leaving a vehicle in unsafe condition is unacceptable. Avoid this shop.

They then put a rag on top of it. About six months later my car caught on fire I could not open the hood but I saw where it was on fire and that was right above where the rag was put on my fuse box. The insurance company screwed me on replacing it. These guys are Mickey Mouse all the way. I have owned shops before.
