(Time between "resolved" and "we have a problem") Can't trust the inspection link they send you via text - miss information provided resulting in long time delays. Did not like that another mechanic had installed parts prior to wheel alignment request - said as much during conversation. Run around, delays, poor communication, and on and on. Worst experience!

I was informed by a colleague that midas was providing free oil changes for health care workers…read moreright now. The sherwood park location was able to book me in right away. They were able to provide an oil change and a safety inspection of my vehicle! Although their waiting room is not available at this time for obvious health reasons I was able to go for a walk and they just called me when my car was ready. I also loved that they can text you a copy of the safety check complete with pictures. So much easier to see if there's a problem or show the customer what they saw. They also provide many more services than just oil changes so you can get everything done in one place. Good service and easy booking! A great big thank you and shout out for this business. Thank you for your generosity during such a precarious time.
