Been here every now and then because they have cute trinkets, nice stuff from Mexico. In all honesty, the shop is cute and the items are nice. The store is on the smaller size but you can find pretty much what you're looking for. I believe i have been here a total of 8 times, usually when we are having lunch in one of the many great restaurants nearby. This time I purchased 2 small hand painted turtles for my grandkids. I thought they were adorable the way the head sticks out, they are beautiful. The reason for my low rated 2 star review is because i was short changed this last visit. I had the make cashier, it was my first time seeing him there, it's usually a female. He was friendly and nice that i will be honest about. The turtles are 2.50 each, for 2 it should have been about 6 dollars. I paid with a 20, received only 5 dollars back in 1 dollar bills. I trusted him, didn't count my change because I have never had issues. It was wrapped with the receipt, put it in my wallet and went on my way. The reason I noticed is because i was gonna use the change to tip the waiter at the restaurant. That's how i noticed i did t receive the correct change. I hate to write this but i am absolutely positive i was given the wrong change. Could it have been an accident? Possibly but it didn't sit well with me. As cute as the store is, we will not be back.

She didn't fill out an incident report or fix the issue of what injured me in the first place. Instead she offered me a Lysol cleaning wipe to disinfect my cut and a Bandaid. While I was applying the Band-Aid, a cockroach appeared at the POS counter and and when I told the employee about it, she swatted it off the counter towards me. If a cockroach is appearing during the day when there are multiple people then this place is surely infested. I won't be returning to this location or purchasing anything from here for the good of my home.

Since we have two members within our household, that's two bottles a month! I decided to host my own wine tasting at home with those wine and Home Goods in city of Orange definitely made my life much easier by carrying all kinds of beautiful drink ware and home decor for me to entertain my guests. The prices at Home Goods are always great to begin with, and since tax is lower in Orange County than in LA County, I save even MORE money when I shop here. The cashiers here were very efficient and the lady helping me took her time wrapping all my ceramic plates and wine glasses. They also have REALLY cute reusable bags there, which is a HUGE plus for me because I collect all their bags! I can't wait to come back here the next time I am in the area.

By the time I stopped at the Orange location, I was honestly exhausted. Diana at the register went out of her way to help me and even called the Huntington Beach store to check their inventory for me. It took a while, but she was patient, kind, and genuinely willing to help. Her customer service was absolutely five stars. The store itself, though, was pretty crowded and a bit disorganized during my visit, which made shopping more stressful than it needed to be. Overall, I'd give the store four stars because Diana's kindness and effort really made a difference.

This was my 1st time coming to the relocated boutique off Imperial Highway & Yorba Linda Road. Same plaza as EL poLLo Loco or Subway a few doors away. They currently have 2 boutiques due to the Holiday Edition one. Now i know where to find JellyCat plushies for my daughter. She loves them adorable plushie company that makes the cutest adorable so cuddly and soft Plush. They gave it all including tennis balls and pickle ball too! They have an Embroidery GaL that can embroider your special items you've shopped for and want to personalize it. Located at the Holiday Boutique Shop. I'll need to make my way to their original store right across the building, same Plaza. Associates are so friendly here. They are always asking us if we need any assistance or help to find a particular item. LOVE, Love the vibes along with unique cute gifts for everyone including yourself. Parking can be a bit hard since it is in a smaller plaza. Highly recommend stepping your foot into this unique boutique. It's like a hidden treasure chest of Yorba Linda.

Me and my husband had a great interaction with the lady who helped us with our tiles. However, when…read moremy contractor went to get the tile and grout that we ordered, they gave them the wrong grout color. I was so upset. My contractor's people already laid down the grout and Floor and Decor wouldn't pay for the labor to redo the grout. Instead they gave us a seal with the correct color to try to make it right. However when my contractor's people put it down, it just didn't have the same effect as grout. Because we couldn't afford the labor for them to redo the grout, we just have to live with the discoloration of the grout. On top of that, the tile that we chose had odd pieces to them that looked stained. You really don't know what things would look like until you purchase it. And of course I wasn't home to supervise their work, because I had a job to go to pay for all the work that didn't turn out the way I expected. Needless to say, I suggest you go to Lowe's or Home Depot for tiles because they actually are a little bit more affordable. Floor and Decor as actually expensive.
