This is a wonderful boutique with lots of thought put into the whole experience. The house itself is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It's one of the best shopping experiences you'll find. Take your time and explore each room as they're set up to feel the products in their environment. I just love places that go that extra effort to make your time there memorable. The selection of items is amazing with such a wide variety. Absolutely perfect if you're looking for a gift. I stopped in just to browse and left with a couple gifts, and not even a recipient in mind. Their stuff is so cool you'll just want to leave with something. And the candles! The scents! Lastly but certainly ranked first is the staff. Everyone is inviting and helpful with great attitudes. I'll be back! Love this boutique. A+

I can't stress enough about purchasing all your Christmas decor from here. Everything is so organized and absolutely gorgeous. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This boutique has been the most original decor also.

The hubby and I found this gorgeous home/shop while poking around old town. Wow! Eye candy galore. The entire home is devoted to home decor and the garden area is serene. I can't wait to return there really is something for every price point here.

Such a beautiful store with great gift items like clothes from robes/slippers, pj's, sweaters to aprons, jewelry, candles, picture frames, pillows, rugs, flowers, garden goods, furniture, pet items, cards, books and great gift wrapping. Also interior design services. Love this house converted to a shop. Friendly service from Stephanie and all the staff.

With the demise of Big Lots and Rite Aid, my two favorite stores for cheap holiday decor, HomeGoods…read moreand Dollar Tree have replaced them, sometimes for the better, and sometimes for the worse. The holiday selection at HomeGoods is far superior to almost anything around. It's a mix of Big Lots, Rite Aid, Michaels, and Macy's. The variety is impressive. My only issue is with such a small store, the holiday's usually take over a good 1/3 or even 1/2 the store making regular everyday things a little harder to find. What I do love is the name brands they carry. Last Christmas, the had some Lenox dishes. And while they are less expensive, a full set can still run a hundred or so dollars, but it's better than the 3-4 hundred at Macy's. The store still feels a big junky and disjointed. Not as bad as Goodwill, but sections can feel close. You also have to look carefully at what you're buying. We were looking for a laundry basket, and it took a while to find one that wasn't damaged. And not everything is cheaper. We found a better and less expensive garbage can at Costco, so do you price comparisons. The people that work there are nice enough. I haven't had to ask anyone of the floor for help, the checkers do take the time to wrap what you're buying if you ask them. And on a plus side, they actually have restrooms! This is good since the mall no longer exists.

So happy I found a Home Goods by my son's house that carries all my home essentials!…read more I recently joined a wine club at a local bar where one of the membership perks is a free bottle of wine every month. Since we have two members within our household, that's two bottles a month! I decided to host my own wine tasting at home with those wine and Home Goods in city of Orange definitely made my life much easier by carrying all kinds of beautiful drink ware and home decor for me to entertain my guests. The prices at Home Goods are always great to begin with, and since tax is lower in Orange County than in LA County, I save even MORE money when I shop here. The cashiers here were very efficient and the lady helping me took her time wrapping all my ceramic plates and wine glasses. They also have REALLY cute reusable bags there, which is a HUGE plus for me because I collect all their bags! I can't wait to come back here the next time I am in the area.

A wonderful experience at Hobby Lobby in Santa Ana #650, thanks to Ada in the fabric department!…read more I came in with a craft in mind for my daughter's birthday party this Saturday!Once I started looking at the options and the different price points- I became overwhelmed. Ada was truly an angel. She took considerable time to listen to my vision, understand the craft, and then offered thoughtful ideas and options that worked within my budget. She was knowledgeable, creative, kind and I never felt rushed. I appreciate how invested Ada was in helping make my craft come together. This was only my 2nd time at Hobby Lobby, (normally shop at Michael's), but Ada's customer service honestly had me thinking, "Why don't I come here more often?" It was a great experience. I left feeling excited about the birthday craft and very satisfied with my $220 purchase. Ada is an asset to this store, and I hope she receives recognition for providing exceptional customer service!

I walked into Hobby Lobby today with my daughter and friend and initially felt welcomed. I was…read moregenuinely happy to be there, just browsing around, looking at things, and hoping to find something cute for my daughter. My daughter pointed at a Highland cow plushie, and a worker who was standing around the shelf suddenly said, "That's twenty dollars." I hadn't asked how much it was, wasn't looking at the price, and honestly wasn't even having an interaction with her. The comment caught me off guard and made me feel like I was being judged based on whether I could afford it. My daughter ended up choosing a Precious Moments plushie instead. As I was walking toward the checkout behind my friend, the same employee, while she was checking out another customer, said to me, "Are you going to pay for that?" Obviously I was walking toward the cashier because I intended to pay for it. The way it was said felt extremely rude and made me feel like I was being treated as though I was trying to steal something. What really disappointed me was that I came in happy, with my daughter, simply wanting to browse and enjoy some time together. I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. There are respectful ways to assist customers or ask questions without making them feel watched, judged, or suspected of something. I understand employees have a job to do, but customer service and the way you speak to people matter. I hope management addresses this because no customer should leave a store feeling embarrassed or unwelcome when they haven't done anything wrong. This was around 4 pm. Thursday, August 27th.
