I said it on their on other location review several months ago that these guys are going to go out…read moreof business very soon as here we are.... You walk inside and it just feels cold, and unwelcome. Whose dumb idea was to paint the entire store blue? A five-year-old doing a Google search for psychology behind Blue color will see first thing: "Excessive or inappropriate use of blue, especially in certain combinations, can create a perception of coldness, distance, or even emotional unavailability". This is exactly what it feels like here. A huge blue warehouse that is cold, unavailable and stinks so bad that All I wanna do is leave as soon as possible. Don't need to be a corporate shark to see a recipe for failure. As you walk around, there's just nothing really that stands out that I would buy. Prices are high and the choices aren't that great either. Anyway, sorry these guys are closing, but no, not sorry.

Upon arrival, I was in awe because this location is a superstore. This store is huge and is 10 times bigger than the one in the LBC. Aisles are pretty small so be careful when pushing around a cart. If you never shopped here, this place is amazing. It is like a designers paradise on a budget. You can find really good deals on patio furniture, garden decor, and any thing you need for your home. Whether it be for the living room, kitchen, bedroom, or bathroom, you will find it here. They tend to have lots of sales so if you are looking for something at a reasonable price, I suggest you visit this store. Make sure to check out the seasonal items because you can find everything your little heart desires. They were barely bringing out Halloween items, so I will for sure be back. Make sure to also download the app or sign up for the rewards program to receive money back and coupons for your visit.

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. I am extremely disappointed with how…read morethis situation was handled, and after this experience, I will never shop here again. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying from this business to STEER CLEAR. I purchased a couch that was represented to me as brand new. When I opened the boxes to begin assembling it, I immediately found grass all over the couch which obviously raised a major red flag about whether this couch had actually been brand new or not. Despite that, I cleaned everything up and continued assembling it, hoping there wasn't going to be any other issue. Unfortunately, toward the end of assembly, I discovered that one of the armrests was missing the latches needed to attach it to the sofa AND the armrest itself was ripped. I contacted the business within 24 hours and explained exactly what had happened including pictures. Their initial response was essentially that I should just drive back to their warehouse and pick up the missing latches. But at that point, the missing latches were the least of the problem. I had been sold a couch that was supposed to be brand new, yet it arrived with grass in the packaging, missing hardware, and a ripped armrest. I explained this to them multiple times. After going back and forth, they finally agreed to give me store credit. I was willing to accept that even though, in my opinion, I should have been offered a refund for an item that was not delivered in the condition it was represented to be in. They then told me I needed to return the couch.... So I did exactly that. The couch was already approximately 99% assembled, and I had sent them pictures showing exactly what condition it was in. I had a relative with a truck drive the couch back to their warehouse for me. Then, after we went through the trouble of transporting the couch all the way back, they refused to accept it because it wasn't in the original boxes... Seriously? They knew the couch was no longer in the boxes. I had already sent them pictures showing that it was almost completely assembled. They knew exactly what condition it was in before I drove it back. I explained that I had no reasonable way to put it back into the original packaging. It arrived in three separate boxes, and I had no idea how it had originally been packed. Even if I somehow managed to disassemble it and cram everything back into the boxes, their solution made absolutely no sense. They would still have to take it apart again, inspect it, replace the missing/damaged pieces, and repackage it before potentially reselling it. I even spoke directly with the owner via FaceTime, and rather than trying to find a reasonable solution, he was extremely rude and completely unwilling to work with me. I explained the situation logically and repeatedly, but he simply refused to take the couch back. So now I'm out $700, I've wasted a tremendous amount of time, I've had to arrange transportation to return a defective product, and after doing everything they asked me to do, I was still left with absolutely no resolution. What makes this even more frustrating is that I wasn't demanding anything unreasonable. I was willing to accept store credit just to resolve the situation and move on. They couldn't even do that. The entire experience was frustrating from beginning to end, but the way management handled the situation was what really sealed the deal for me. A business can make a mistake. Products can have defects. What matters is how you treat the customer when something goes wrong. In this case, they made the situation dramatically worse by refusing to take responsibility and then hiding behind a technicality they already knew about. If you're thinking about buying furniture from this place, my advice is DON'T. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend spending your money somewhere that actually stands behind what it sells and respects its customers when there is a problem. $700 lesson learned. I will never shop here again.

A twin bed that turned out to be too narrow to be safe for him. When we asked to exchange it for a proper size, we ran into their standard 30-day policy and had a frustrating time getting through to a supervisor to explain the safety concern. But once the right person at the company saw the situation, they stepped in and arranged the exchange well ahead of the 30-day window, no issues. My father now has a bed that actually fits him safely, and I really appreciate that the company was willing to make an exception once they understood the circumstances. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a company responds when you need help, and they came through for us. Thank you to the team that made this right.
