This was a very fun and interesting experience, with vintage Americana, Disney memorabilia, antiques, and just a smorgasbord of random stuff. If you're ever in old town Orange, this is a must visit. There are other nearby antique stores, but I wanted to check out specifically two booths, which are Justin Scarred's and Mr Bob Gurr's. It's exactly what I expected and saw a little bit of their personality in the booth. Several booths had 30-50% off sales and lots of choices to decorate your home. Staff was friendly and helpful. Antique Station must be one of my favorite antiques malls and is an obligatory stop whenever I visit Old Towne Orange. A 1923 Singer sewing machine, unusual glass creamer and sugar bowl, and matching set of Czech teacups are just some of my prized finds from this place. Moreover, I have always felt comfortable with the price point of Antiques Station over some of the other vintage/antiques stores in the same plaza, which are expensive for the quality of items they carry. For example, the Singer I mentioned was about $40 and tea set (which I used as birthday favors) $48 for the four cups and plates. They stock a good mix of apparel/accessories, housewares, and Disney paraphernalia (Orange being, after all, near Anaheim and Disneyland). If you appreciate good carnival glass, there's usually a good selection that's hard to walk away from - see the stunning Fenton hobnail lamp. I can't speak for other's experiences, but I have always had positive interactions with the ladies who work here. They'll frequently ask if they can help bring anything up to the front, always with a big smile! read more

There's something for everyone here! From vintage toys to clothing, and everything in between! It seems it's a consignment type setup where folk can rent space and fill it with whatever they wish, everything is tagged in such that the correct folk get paid and the show goes smoothly. The value varies by each vendor, some were competitively priced, others not as much, but it's the free market of vintage goods at work - who am I to say what is too much? :) The place is very cool though, and we'll certainly return! read more

I came here recently on a Sunday afternoon/early evening. It was really busy, and as my friend and I were walking into the door, an older female employee was walking out, talking loudly on her cell phone and saying some rude things about customers inside, so that was a bit off putting. The prices seemed pretty high, but for antiques I understand. What I don't understand is selling things that are new (but unwrapped or visibly worn/used) like a lot of Hello Kitty stuff, at the price it was originally sold at or even higher. Some of the items even had original price stickers on and you could see the markups. We didn't spend more than 5 mins here because of that. We did end up finding some cute stuff at another shop across the street. read more

Went here today with my daughters. They have an amazing selection of antiques! My kids picked out some beanie babies that we purchased. One of the employees, Gina, was so helpful! On the way out the door she stopped me and gifted my daughters some things for free. What an awesome experience, and it made my kids so happy! Just wanted to share a rather unpleasant experience I had today at the Antique Station. I love coming by to browse and shop, it's always a delight of mine to shop at all the antique stores around the Orange Circle as well as have dinner and coffee all around this beautiful area. Me and my sister were racially profiled by two older ladies perhaps because we had bags with us that we often use to carry more delicate items that we shop for that might not be safe in a paper bag. I've bought numerous items here before from jewelry, pictures frames, small furniture and knick knacks so you could say I'm a rather frequent customer. First, an older lady asked to take my bag to the front and later handed me a clothes pin while watching me carefully almost analyzing me, then another lady approached me to ask me to take to the front a $6 picture I was going to purchase shortly before they closed and I was so confused and agreed to let her take it. Why is this ok? Is it because I'm Hispanic and I seem underprivileged?Unacceptable behavior after I walked out with 3 items totaling about $70 and some change when other people were simply just browsing around items in hand and not asked to hand it over in such a vulgar display of suspicion and secrecy amongst the staff. I have to mention it was more than clear that I was the object of whispers and observation amongst the staff simply for being 'different' than them. I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears and the staff is taught to be more careful of their misjudgment of long-time clients. Oh and the sunglasses you might mention? Migraines, many of us suffer from them and it's not to play a game of incognito movie star prancing around to garner attention. Many of us work hard to afford beautiful things, not all of us steal. read more

My husband and I have been here a few times and enjoy looking for treasures here. They have a lot of Disney memorabilia here as well. I like the general layout of the store. It is easy to start on one end of the store and walk down all the aisles. It is very organized. All the sellers personalize their space or case so that it reflects their individual personalities. It is like passing by different bedrooms. If you are looking for an old school 1950's style oven, they sell those here. Looking for a typewriter? They have a few to choose from here, too. The heavy metal typewriters with the fabric ribbon. For those who are into vintage Chanel jewelry, there is a seller who has a case dedicated to that. The prices are not too bad either. I always stop off here first before I walk to the other stores in Orange Circle. There is a lot to take in, and it is fun to window shop down memory lane. read more

This antique store is a GEM. I spent almost two hours here just wandering through each row and I felt like I was lost in time!! I loved the tremendous variety. Very soulful things. I cannot wait to go back again. I am writing this review five months later...still remembering some of the precious things I saw. I'll have to go back and get them because I am still thinking about them. I did buy a cool vintage sterling silver "cream and sugar" set, and this wild little 3" glass owl (cannot remember the name of these types of glass, I think it's from the Depression era) anyway I think it's designed to hold a little soft boiled egg. The Antique Station is another mall full of vintage, well everything. There are various stations, vendors, big hallways full of booths. You could spend a lot of time in here. Comparing to other stores of this type in the area, Antique Station didn't stand out, the merchandise wasn't too exciting, maybe too many common items? But if you're looking for vintage... home decor, clothes, vinyl (expensive), collectibles, check this mall out. Too bad they close at 5:30 in the afternoon. This is a great antique mall in Old Towne Orange. This mall is large, clean and well organized, and the employees are helpful here. Full of booths with items sold by individual sellers, there is plenty of unique things to find here. My son could spend hours looking at all the cool antiques. The last time we were here, he bought a couple of books and a board game. Although we didn't spend much on our last visit here, I noticed that this mall is a bit pricier than some of the other antique stores in the area. I slept in really badly last Sunday. Woke up in time for lunch, nice.... Let's do Felix at the Orange Circle. So we headed on down to Old Town Orange. Such a fun place. Lots of streets to wander around, the train station, shoppes, etc. And antique shops everywhere. We only visited one, the Antique Station. Quite organized for selling stuff that you can find in your attic or garage. Brings lots of old memories, that's for sure. I tend to gravitate towards the vintage toys, or toys from the recent decades. I just love the tin lunch boxes. I saw figurines of Bambi and friends and wanted them all. But I resisted. I've always been curious about what they have in this store and I was amazed to see that it was bigger than what I expected. You can find the most randomest things from empty soda bottles, lunch box and thermos sets from 80s cartoons, bobble heads of obi wan kinobe, princess leia, jar jar, 80s toys, antique signs from the 30s, etc. Some of the items range from actual items you can use to items that look all sorts of creepy. Not only is this store simply a great place to visit, but you never know what you will find here. The selection is always changing and there is forever something new and fun to look at or to buy. This mall has some interesting pieces however the assistant manager is rude and unprofessional. We put a large Piece of furniture that had some damage to the top so that we could consult with a local restorer to find out the cost to repair the damage. The salesperson who put it on hold was very helpful (marty) even providing a name of a reputable refinishing person. Since we were there on a Sunday afternoon we couldn't get in touch with the restorer until around 3:00 on Monday which was a couple hours after the 24 hour hold. When I called back to discuss the estimate, I was told the piece sold two hours ago. When I asked why they didn't call me to see if I still wanted it, the assistant manager told me it wasn't his problem. I have purchased many items in this mall over the years and spend 100's of dollars including another 50.00 on Sunday. That will however be the last time. There is a lot of competition in Orange and a little customer service goes a long way. I feel bad for the vendors that the management staff is chasing customers away with their rude behavior. read more

I'm also into vintages cameras. And they do have a handful of them. Lots of staff walking around that you can always stop to help you get your prized possession out from the cases. I've been a customer of Antique Station for several years now and this afternoon I popped in to see what's new in my favorite space, #86. But honestly, it was so darn hot in this mall again, I had to leave. I know it's Summer time now, but OMGosh, can't they set the AC a degree or 2 cooler when it starts to get hot outside? It would definitely help make a nicer shopping experience for the customers. I feel bad for the people that work there. Other than being much too hot inside, this antique mall is great! Antique Station is a fantastic antique mall, and there is almost something I want here and rarely walk out empty-handed. Like all antique malls, it is made up of multiple dealers, so prices, quality, etc. vary from dealer to dealer, but overall, most dealers carry a good amount of vintage items, from the 70s or earlier. There are, sadly, some dealers who sell newer items. You'll find Pyrex, vintage stoves, various ceramic figurines, jewelry, Disney items, loads of linens, some books, vintage lunch boxes, but not too much in the way of vintage clothing. For the most part the prices are pretty fair, and while you may not find an insane deal, you will find items that are priced at what they are worth, but do note there are a handful of dealers who have absolutely ridiculous prices and I have watched items sit in here for years. Most of the booths are well kept by their dealers, and the items are clearly visible. Not haphazard like some antique malls. The staff is helpful and attentive, although once an employee did break an item I was purchasing, but the staff was able to call the dealer and make a deal, as it wasn't broken beyond repair. Antique Station is for sure with a visit if you're in the Orange Circle area antiquing. read more

A friend and I found this place while looking for something other than a port-o-potty and a decent place to cool off and for her to take off her shoes while checking out the Orange International Street Fair at Old Towne Orange Circle. We scored big on many levels. This place has a variety of things: designer handbags, Disney collectibles, old vintage clothing and collectibles, jewelry, old sewing machines, records, china plates, VHS tapes, books, and lots of other items. We visited their small, quaint, clean restrooms and came out to check out more stuff. Some items are set with a firm prices and the others are negotiable. I found a Chanel wallet for $40 that matched a purse that I really wanted and I found a Coach Carly bag for $100 but it was the wrong color. Oh well. I was still surprised with the plethora of items available for purchase. I love antique stores and finding unique items. It's always a lot of stuff to see what you will find. read more

I love this store! I dropped a 20 dollar bill and did not know I dropped it. So a few weeks later I returned to go antique hunting and the staff returned it too me. How's that for honesty! I was shocked! Nice to know that the people over there are nice like that. Plus they do a great job in helping to get into the locked display cases. They are very quick and super friendly. You cannot trust these people to do honest business. I'm not talking about the small shops but the people that presently work there. I had my eye on a piece and apparently someone else put down some money for it. So I asked the sales people there and they were pretty nice about it, they told me people usually put down money for stuff and they have to buy them by the end of the month but sometimes they don't buy them at all. Since I was so interested they put down my name and my phone number and told me they would call me if the person didn't come and buy it. I didn't think I was going to get it but in any case they had my number. Two months later I go to the store to check it out and to my amazement the piece is in another section and the price rose from $145 to $500. I was shocked! I called over one of the sales people and asked what happened because at that point I thought it was sold. The person told me that they moved it to this section and now it was $500. If I wanted to buy it this would be the price. It's such a shame because this place is like a gold mine and there are so many cool stuff! There are plenty of more shops though and I'm not going to waste my time somewhere they do not respect customers or do honest business! read more
